Let me tell you, this is the BEST Walmart I've ever been in. The store is clean, floors, and shelves. Best of all, the store curiosity workers are the most helpful trying to either walk you to where you can find it. Or explaining what aisle to find it on. Even the people shopping are friendly, saying hello as you walk past them. Encinitas Walmart, good job!!

Pretty clean walmart, I guess this store has low crime since the makeup wasn't under lock and key. Fast checkout. They need a little air tag kind of system to find your wife faster in the store.
This review is a shout-out to the manager, Smokey! I was working on a good deed for a member of our local community & needed help from someone at Walmart. Smokey was so kind, helpful, and understanding. Not only did he come through for us, but he did so with a great sense of humor and timeliness! We truly wouldn’t have been able to accomplish it without him and we are forever grateful! Thank you for being such an awesome human, Smokey!
I rarely buy anything from here. Rare occasion that I did I had to return an item, apparently now return department only works till 7 pm . Super disappointing, already have had several issues with poor return service customer service overall in all different parts of San Diego this is an added reason for me to never shop at Walmart
Showed up at 7 exactly to make return and the two ladies doing returns wouldnt take it cuz they said they stop taking returns at 7. For good customer service it is worth accomodating the customer. Suggest management to talk with them
Attention Manager: Ice Cream was sewage soup, bag salad was inedible garbage clumps, whipped cream, cake and yogurt were not chilled. See photos. Dangerous, no food safety quality measures here. Should never have been sent out for delivery, this was not properly refrigerated. This delivery order turned up at my door two days late. I attempted cancellation of this order online the first day after it was delayed five hours on the due date yet WM's system still delivered two days later. I had since purchased my items elsewhere. Walmart online system held the order as "delayed." For hours after delivery, the Walmart App was still tracking the driver all over town not registering my order as delivered. The APP has a "contact the driver" option. I attempted to contact to have it marked "delivered" in order that I can request refund for spoiled food. The driver's mailbox is full, he doesn't answer, and the number is not enabled to receive texts. Long story short, my theory is this. I believe delivery drivers are ignoring and not responding to take standard walmart plus delivery orders as they prefer the non-standard express delivery orders which customers pay a $10 additional fee for - as in my experience come even faster than the two hour window. Conclusion, Walmart now expects me to bag up $15.00 worth of rotten spoiled food I already threw away including melted ice cream and return it to the store for a refund. I will never order or shop at this store again.
Wow, if all Walmarts were thid clean, there wouldnt be a 'people of walmart' website! This is probably the cleanest Walmart I have ever seen. I'd shop here all the time if I lived close by.

The lady that works early mornings and looks like the mom from Hairspray is the rudest human, ever! Arguing with a customer is not what customer service is about! She needs coaching and to stay away from the public.
