I found the experience to be very pleasant at this Walmart there is tremendous amount of parking you have a Subway inside you have a grocery part of the store you have Pharmacy you have electric vehicle charging here at the store is very clean the employees are very nice and kind they're very proficient everyone is working visibly you can tell management is doing a great job here you can tell they really care it's refreshing to see something ran so well the only minor complaint I would say is here early in the morning I think someone needs to come out here and get all of these carts and take these carts back in to the store besides that they're doing an amazing job
Charging for grocery bags now and a dime we all know they don’t pay a dime, but what’s the next cart rental fees?
Came to pick up my order, arrived at 5:15 pm, my pick up time was 5-6pm. Sat and waited for 30, called the number on the sign, it went straight to voicemail and the voicemail was full. So I asked one of the guys to check on my order and got an attitude filled rude remark in return. Long story short after an hour and 20 minute waiting I got my order and the kid who was putting the bags in my trunk was going really slow, even when I told him to just hand them to me, he was going slow like he didn't have any care in the world. He also didn't even acknowledge the fact I sat there for over an hour while other cars pulled in and got their order right away. Last time do a pick up order. If you don't want to waste your time, just go in the store yourself.
Could not use a gift card at self check out. It went from card only few weeks ago to now cash only. In consistent policies. One poor customer was rold she could exchange a bra for size, but when she came back up to register she was told she could not because the tags were missing. Qhen asked qhere the return policy says that, CS rep could not come up with an answer. Reviewed return policy, and I could not find it any where.
I had not been in this store in quite awhile. I was surprised and please to find the store looked so much cleaner and way more organized then all of my previous visits. Not sure why it improved but I like it. I used to avoid going here and would drive to rialto just avoid the chaos. Thanks!
So now they're making the aisles smaller. So small that if someone is coming toward you, one is going to have to turn around and go back out the aisle for the other to resume their shopping in that aisle. Its hard enough maneuvering around all personal shopper carts, the huge carts used for stocking not to mention the 3-4 Wal-Mart gabfest employees that won't move out of your way even when you politely ask them. Keeps getting more ghetto at this store.
This was their fishing and sporting God department. Rods broken laying every where stuff just missing handles or uppers sections couldn't find anything I was looking for as it was just thrown everywhere. Very very disorganized and sad that all that merchandise is now trash. Unusable!
Walmart has become a joke. Prices are outrageous yes I know its everywhereWalmart was where you could save. Not any more. Remodel gave us as customers more do it yourself checkouts. = more theft. Pretty new carts and still same employees that don't seem to know anything. You should have trained your people. Hesperia Walmart is always empty shelves. I only went there today because it's convenient, should have went elsewhere... still empty dog food shelves.
Great store, all in one. Best prices around. Cheapest pharmacy prescriptions. Oil change services can take long but worth the wait. I've gone different hours of the day and always felt safe. Before 7am, after 10pm, and during the day most of the time. Only sucks when they lock stuff up and you cant find a worker. I always use self check out because the lines take forever.
You need to train your online order pickers better! Who the hell replaces 2 big cases of water with 2 smaller cases?! Doesnt even add up to the correct amount! Also who the hell replaced spam with turkey spam and thinks its a decent smart replacement?! If this is how employees pick items paying for Walmart+ is literally pointless because you have to baby sit the order they whole time they pick replacements!
