Although the sales clerk came out almost immediately after I parked, half of my order had been canceled with one substitution. Online said the products I ordered were in stock, but the store did not have them. Thank goodness I had the time to shop because I had to go in the store to get those items I was missing. But that defeats the purpose of online shopping...
Arrived early to shop. Found enough riding carts to shop with despite mine cutting off after reading fully charged. Found the store still operates well despite having a lack of products. Many items are still missing which forced other shoppers to make secondary decisions. Staff was friendly and many were simply doing their jobs and didn't bother to speak back after a simple greeting. After checking out in self check out... because I was in this line the associate stood at the checkout watching for shoplifting... something I am not used to. Overall I found everything I needed. I feel corporate can do better in helping shoppers by providing products especially those on demand. Overall I will return to this location.
I only go here when I have to... Items are infrequently stocked, when they are they aren't on the corresponding shelves with the right labels. Sometimes prices are missing completely. So you have to use the app, but if the price is different at the register than the app, the register price is used. What's the point of the app? Just put correct labels on products. The associates are awful. Either there is no one to help, or they seem annoyed when you ask for help. Or worse, I've been knocked into, run into, reached over, by associates stocking or moving around without so much as an excuse me or move.
Shopped quickly and found everything I was looking for. Very reasonably priced items. I am very happy with my purchase.
Online order process is a joke. Not ready on time. All employees just shrugged. Items not in stock on shelf Update: days later because I filled out a complaint, someone from the store called me. They had ZERO resolution. They apologized for the situation. When I asked more, they simply said "this is the process they give us to follow. Any bad issue, we are just supposed to call and apologize". No offer to make things better, review the process, speak with the employees in question etc. Avoid at all costs. Better to go with Target, Amazon or anywhere else
There's never any karts, and if there is any, they are always broken. The wheels don't work. I guess I could bring one from outside, but if I have to get my own karts sack my own groceries, why are they open?
I was looking for Activewear for an upcoming trip involving a lot of hiking. I succeeded in finding what I needed. The store wasn't packed, so that was a bonus. I was pretty much in and out in 20 minutes.
I was driving here from work from a neighboring city, I was here at 5 pm and took a lot of clothes for myself to try on. But I was told that all fitting rooms are already closed today and will open only tomorrow! Very disappointed.
I didn't like them checking the receipts because you don't have to show them a receipt. Know if they suspect you of stealing then they can call the police and you can show the receipt to the police. I explained this to the door greeter but showed my receipt because didn't feel like getting a migraine from school these people.
Prices continue to rise. I refuse to stop at the exit and have somebody inspect my receipt after I had to ring myself out at the register and pay. If you can't trust me to check myself out then put people back on the cash registers.... Walmart is crying about the level of theft now thru self check out, wel then man up the cash registers...problem solved.
