I have no issue leaving bad reviews when they're deserved, and boy if I could rate this store with zero stars I would. Let's start of with the employees; only a handful are ever actually doing work, the majority of the time I can even find an employee other then when they're hiding in the bathroom for 30+ minutes they're gaggled around each other telling jokes, goofing off like teenages, or making faces behind other customers backs. When few are actually working they WILL run you down with a cart if you're in front of them, almost like the forgot the term "excuse me". Now let's move onto the presentation of the store; it's always filthy. Always. I've come here and WATCHED employees find trash on the floor and kick it under shelves just so they wouldn't have to pick it up. Now adays you're gonna be lucky if you can even get into ailse without trouble. This most recent trip was horrific do to the amount of backstock they have taking up whole areas. An abled bodied person would have extreme difficulty getting between the pallets and the shelving unit, and as a wheelchair user that opportunity goes out the window. In addition there where two ailse that were 100% inaccessible to anyone. It's almost as tho they DON'T want people to buy the products. I'm pretty sure at this point I'd rather the add the 50 minute drive to the target in seilensgrove.
This store is always clean. The staff is very knowledgeable and courteous. Ask the staff where something is that you're looking for and they will gladly take you to it.
This is a really great Walmart. The only issue I have with it is that the door greeters will literally chase you down to check your receipt on your way out which is illegal. I find this to be quite silly.
I wanted to purchase a gun today. They told me Rick would be there at 1:00pm. So I waited for the man. Rick never showed up till1:22pm. Then he keep his nose in his phone. The whole time. Never asked if he could help us out. They didn't want to sell a gun or even wait on you. Was on the phone to Lewisburg wal mart to get a gun. The management did care too. There was two of us that went to Lewisburg store for the sale.They don't care.I will never buy anything from you again. THAT STORE IS NOT VERY FRIENDLY. ASKED 3 PEOPLE TO HELP USE OUT. IT TOOK 20 MINUTES BEFORE SOMEONE COULD HELP US OUT SOME. BUT WAS NOT VERY FRIENDLY. SHE DIDN'T WANT ANYTHING TO DO WITH GUNS. SHE TOLD US TO COME BACK AT 100 PM THAT WAS 45 MINUTES TO WAIT. FOR WHAT TO NEVER BE WAITED ON.
The level of support incompetence is unbelievable! Two people working in the bakery, both of break at the same time, then pick up cake …. They didn’t even bother to write “ Happy Birthday Mom” ‍
Often less crowded than many WM stores. Checkout availability very limited. Self checkout wait is low. Bathrooms are clean especially in the rear.
This has to be one of the nicest Walmarts I've been to. Now I'm comparing this store to the one's in Baltimore where I live. The other customers are nice, employees helpful and the store is clean and well stocked. My whole opinion of Walmart changed after going to this store.
Lots of good deals, but need some friendly people at the check outs. They can't even say hello, did you find everything okay, thank you, nothing unless you say something, n they have to answer you.
I had a blessed trip to Walmart yesterday the youngman in electronics, who helped me to print pictures from my phone for Christmas gifts I forget his name but he was such an answer to prayer for me personally. I'm not a shopper but he made my time there pleasant . All the staff that I encountered actually were pleasant and helpful! Thank you team Walmart in Buckhorn .
Tend to close early and be rude about you coming in last minute. I was unable to purchase a gallon of milk with 7 minutes left before closing. The greeter would not let me pass by her for a single item. Told me they were closed. And this has happened more than once. Store also seems to be low with stocked items quite often and items are always out of place and makes the store look messy.
