Easy curbside pick-up. My curbside person was awesome. I am giving three stars because of the layout of the curbside pickup and the fact that the employees have to walk the full length of the building to bring your order to you. It doesn't seem there was any thought given to their comfort or safety. It's 100° outside, Walmart. Do better.
Beware of this store!! Poor service! I just purchased a Verizon phone, the price was posted at $149.99 and I was charged $199.99. I didn't catch the mistake until I was in my car. I went back and they were in the process of refunding me, and was going to charge me the listed price but couldn't get the refund to go through. A manager was called over to help and she couldn't get the refund to go through either and proceeded to tell me I could get the advertised price but she could give me 10 or 15 dollars off. I asked "why" when the original attendant was going to honor the price. She said he would have had to call a manager for the refund, so he wouldn't have been able to honor the price. I asked to speak to another manager. Before she came over the current manager said she thought she would honor the original price. Meanwhile the refund is still not processed. Finally, another manager comes over, gets the refund processed and still refuses to sell the phone for the advertised price. Not to mention the 65 minutes of my life wasted!
This walmart is way better than mine back home. But of course it is! It caters to tourists! They have everything you could think of to make your vacation or normal life there super easy!
We went Sunday the 18th at 8:20pm to get a few things. They made an announcement as we were going to check out that they were closing the pharmacy entrance doors. I checked my watch it was 8:50pm. We got to the doors 8:54pm and the lady manning it had them closed already. I asked her to please open them because it was only 8:55pm. She argued the announcement was made 10 minutes ago. I said I checked my watch during and it is not time yet but she continued to argue. I told her it's dark and it's just me and my daughter that I knew she was closing earlier. She rolled her eyes and finally opened the door. I'm thankful she reopened it especially for safety. I want to be sure you all are aware she closed them earlier. I have a satellite watch and I assure you she was trying to close early. I was nice to her and when she responded ugly to us that's when I told her she was in the wrong. Please be aware this lady is closing the doors earlier and she is not courteous. We also had to check out ourselves no cashiers at all. It's nice having cashiers. I miss that.
I get that you have to lock up the $1.97 makeup remover wipes because people steal them…but when you nicely ask three different associates for help and they all get an attitude and just say “I don’t do that…” and don’t do anything, it becomes an issue. Southern hospitality is definitely not here! The cashier who was working the self checkout was very nice though.
The place is extremely busy on weekends when beach is full. Restrooms to be avoided if you have a choice as it is a mess. When we visited the AC was barely working and we were sweating.Rooms: 3/5
I just was really impressed with all of the employees. They just seemed to have a really good attitude, letting us do our shopping undisturbed but at the same time being very jovial and helpful. They just seemed to know what to do in order to give shoppers a good experience and it seemed like a priority of theirs.
It's a Walmart. We went to buy a Samsung charging chord for my phone and waited almost 30 mins in the electronics department. While waiting, we heard this person cussing left and right with no care in the world. Then we finally go to pay for the chord and it turns out the person cursing was the employee who checked us out. There were other kids around and people were looking at her and she kept spuing profanities.
Everything was fine but they definitely need to fix these restroom doors... Had 4 people walk in on me lol..... Please don't just leave it like that, we know y'all have money.
It is fine. Pretty convenient. I have noticed lately that they have lost the convenience of continuously having the same brands available Sure the Wal Mart brands are always available and are good products and competitive price wise but, sometimes you might prefer a particular brand. However, that is not going to cost them a loyal household here Thanks
