I don't use a pharmacy much but the last couple times I have been so impressed with the willingness and happy nature of the employees. They seem genuinely happy to help you get better. Not something you often see.
The staff there have been attentive, polite and professional, even when there was a rude customer to them. It's not the clerk or pharmacist fault the doctor office didn't send prescription or insurance denied a medicine. Yes, staff and pharmacist have off days, like we all do. Think about that next time you have a bad day, please don't take out on people trying to do their best to serve you as a customer. Being kind is free, check your attitude.
I have used this pharmacy for over 20 years, and in the last year to two yrs it has gone so far downhill. It has to do with the pharmacist directly. She is rude judgemental, and compared me to a street drug user for trying to get my own medication, I have had to take after being hit head on by and impaired driver and it broke my entire body. She has no idea about her customers, loyal ones at that, yet she condescends and berates and insults them. Its sad, the employees are wonderful, but that pharmacist needs to be fired immediately. And I dont say that lightly byany means, but she is absolutely terrible and is the sole reason I just transferred pharmacies and will never go back.
They are so nice! They help get prescriptions transferred with a smile! Every time I've went or called, excellent customer service!
Closed at 6pm instead of 8pm due to lack of staff. So now my husband gets to go another day without his meds this makes 2 days now. I cant imagine why they would not at least have someone available to disburse meds that have already been filled and dont require a consult from a pharmacist. Wal-Mart you have lost 2 customers today. People should be able to depend on their pharmacy to be open during scheduled business hours to get their meds. You cant tell me not 1 person could be there to at least hand out certain meds that dont require a consult. We didnt get his meds yesterday either bc we called a few hours before closing and the pharmacist answered the phone and said it would take several hours. Lol she was rude too, so this was enough for us to decide that its time to take our business elsewhere.
I cannot possibly give this a lower rating or I would. These people are rude and abrupt and could not care less. You are just someone bothering them. I am not speaking of the pharmacist. Just the front people. Went in for a Covid booster, after having made an appointment online. Only to have them when I check in act like I was a major inconvenience. Girl who checked me in before I even walked away from the window called out loudly quote we’ve got Yet another booster, oh man“ do they think we can’t hear them when they yell across the room? I did not appreciate being made to feel like an inconvenience. I got my initial vaccines in Glenpool and they could not have been more nice and professional. This was a disappointing experience and I will not go there again for anything. They messed up on my husband‘s med co pay as well, overcharged him and refused to correct it. They are better places to go and I will go to them.
I don't know what all the negative reviews are but my experiences have always been good I mean sometime there's a little wait but nothing crazy. They've always been nice and the pharmacist is very knowledgeable and such a sweet woman.
They are always so kind and attentive to all my questions and needs. They quickness of there refills and prescription fills is awesome.
So I have always gone threw sapulpa Walmart UNTIL today. They told me to give my baby 6ml of antibiotics for five days so I gave her 6ml yesterday and today was reading threw and it says on paperwork give 6mls yesterday 3ml for four days. So I freak out because I just gave her a second dose at 6ml and try to talk to the pharmacist and got told I couldnt I HAD TO talk to the tech. So I tell the tech what happened and got told again I couldnt talk to the pharmacist that I had to call poison control!!! Yes it's my fault for not reading the papers but I stupidly listened to what I was told then got a rude person when trying to make sure my child is going to be ok!!! Thank you WALGREENS for letting me talk to a pharmacist and telling me she will be ok. You just lost a customer and Walgreens gained one!!!!
When the "man with the beard" and his pharmacist is on duty, you have nothing to worry about. Otherwise be prepared to wait in line. You'll only know what I mean when you go there regularly!
