When Sam Walton opened the doors to the first Walmart in 1962, his goal was to save people money so they can live better. Sam was a firm believer in listening to what his customers had to say. That tradition continues today. But now, it doesn’t have to end when you leave the store. Through Facebook, we’re able to talk to you, find out what’s on your mind and let you know what we’re up to. It’s just another way we’re working to give the millions of families who shop at Walmart more of what they love—ways to save money and live better.

It's Walmart! Need I say more? It has everything you expect from a Walmart Super Center. What it does not have however, is glaringly obvious. Walmart has decided to run with only three, yes, three of the 18+ check out lanes they have, operational at the Red Bluff location. On one visit, I waited in line almost forty minutes to reach the register. On another occasion, 25 minutes with lines extending almost to the front doors. This is unacceptable to say the least. Another obvious shortcoming, stock! The availability to go and with confidence know they have got it in stock. Not anymore. This becomes more evident if you make use of their delivery service. Great at first, now for every 5 items I order? Two will come back as substitutions. Must be substituted because the item was not in stock. However, if you go into the store? You will generally find it in the shelf. Other than that, is what you expect. What I expect, is if they don't get the shelves full, and get their full compliment of checkers? Christmas profits are going to be WAY down for Walmart this year!
Groceries brought out in multi plastic bags. Some with 1-2 items in when I asked for no bags. Don't we each have a share in preventing the amt of plastic garbage & and protecting our environment? Please educate your employees. Most times 1-2 bags is all that is needed.
Always have a good experience inside, even though it's hard to get help, long lines, usually can't find what your looking for, it's still good. Just because I know they are short staff, that's why I like the people that work there because they will work. it's hard to find good worker's. So if you run into a problem just remember they are short staff. And the employees have lot's to do. That's all I have to say.
I have never seen such disrespect from managers to their employees as I witnessed here. And the manager reeked of alcohol and marijuana so bad it stunk up the whole snack food isle. I don't understand how employees allow that kind of abuse through this company. Fun fact, Walmart workers are the biggest recipients of food stamps and Medicaid in most states. Walmart also has $13.7 billion in annual profit, record $573B in revenue, raised investor dividends for 49 straight years and pays its CEO $22.6M. Taxpayers are subsidizing corporate profits.
I live in Orland, so I've got the pick of 3 Walmarts at nearly the same distance. I prefer Chico only because I like the town ... However, the Walmart in Redbluff is by far the best one in my area. I noticed there is more food options and just more stuff overall. Every section seems bigger. Prices are the same as far as I can tell...
Unfortunately this SUPER CENTER ain't so SUPER anymore. Management is constantly trying to cut corners so alotta times purchases don't ring up as advertised so make sure you pay attention cuz they are overcharging never undercharging. There's never anybody on the floors to help. And Theft seems to be pretty rampant. The money center has closed early or opened late due to staff shortages so I'd call First if you need to use that facility. It's hit and miss regarding the pharmacy just depends on the day and how well their staffed and how busy they are. I'd call my order in and hVe them deliver it to me curbside if I were you. Avoid going in that store if possible. However if you need a good laugh the characters that shop there seem to get stranger and stranger and the employees that take pride in their job and are the friendly ones seem to be fed up themselves and dropping like flies never enough check out open
Very friendly ,clean ,and easy parking. Lots of items so you can personally customize your burger. Only hamberger place can get your burger cooked the way you like it . Rare is not suppost to look and taste like a hockey puck.
I have had a lot of trouble with the personal shoppers, they are always in the way with their big shopping carts and have been rude when I try to squeeze in to pick an item off the shelf. They will remain in an isle blocking others from being able to shop in a speedy manner.
Shelves were mostly empty. Long lines to pay. Not enough cashier's. Otherwise, great prices. Anderson is better stocked.
I've never stolen a thing from this place, nor any other place for that matter and feel constantly harassed. Following me around and nonsense like that. I've been coming here for years now its just silly at this point, next time go ahead and push my cart for me, bag my groceries and wheel me on out to my truck : if wal mart wasn't the cheapest I would never step foot in this place again.
