I don't usually go to Walmart to do shopping because it is too crowded. I will pay a few extra dollars to go to another store. Tonight I decided to go and my two kids need to go to the bathroom. Well the only bathroom they had open in the back of the store was the family shared bathroom due to their remodeling... the bathroom was Disgusting!! The toilet was wet the floor was wet! Looks like it hasn't even been cleaned.. probably won't be going back.
This Walmart is very good compared to others, and this one is newly build. They have a lot of staff working on site, and this branch is very big compared to others. The parking lot is very big and lot of people can easily access the store doors. Stock are well maintained, it was very accessible to anyone who wants anything. Staff here helped me to get things done. And this is just another walmart but better than average.
I visited their customer service department with a two questions. One about donations and another for a large produce purchase. Everyone I interacted with was fantastic! They were extremely helpful and went out of their way to answer my questions and involve the right people. Steve the produce manager was fantastic to work with. He helped me load 120 heads of Ice Berg lettuce into banana boxes, take them to the register and then helped me load them into the car. I was very appreciative of his willingness to make sure I was taken care of.
Everthing changed they literally cut employee wages laid many off installed all but three checkstands at this location with self checkouts now one employee monitors 15 self checkouts all the while prices increase increase and quality drops walmart is buying the cheapest products and continually marking up prices laying off employees and replacing them with things like self checkouts all the while passing down the "savings" or cost to the consumer. Boo walmart Sam Walden is rolling over in his grave
I wanted the sale price for pork as advertised & labeled I asked 2 workers, yet no help was given. Went elsewhere for my meat purchases. I will no longer buy meat at Walmart. The busy stacks of products on unattended pallets/jacks make no room for customers. The non wide Isles' design is frustrating and difficult to get around the store filled with delivery carts everywhere you try to turn
Just rating because nothing ever truly works correctly and had an incident where I was using my gift cards for purchases in the process lost funds. Customer service manager was very helpful especially after the cashier threw away receipts and gift cards. Thankfully things were corrected by the customer service manager.
New carts with cup holders, new layout, super clean.
While I am grateful that there is a Walmart nearby to make purchases of many various items, it has become a place of negativity. The store has decided to change the layout of where things are and how the grocery checkout lines are configured and it has made it a horrible experience for customers. Everyone is upset, the checkout lines are slow, people cannot find anything, etc. For example, my daughter wanted some shoes and when we went there Walmart literally had shoes in 5 different areas. The shoes they said they had were no where to be found. this is just the start of the issues. I truly hope they get this store organized and functioning well as I want to see this location succeed.
The new layout of the stores is confusing and I'm not the best of checker outer but the gall that assisted me in geting the register figured out was a great help and even got me a lower price for miss marked shelving so 4outa 10 store 10 outa 10 service
They are remodeling, whichI understand but customers still need to be helped,I was in asked for help for a carpet cleaner they have seven but they are in the back so can't help you today come another day and maybe we will have them on the shelf it may be a day or a week or who knows when
