When Sam Walton opened the doors to the first Walmart in 1962, his goal was to save people money so they can live better. Sam was a firm believer in listening to what his customers had to say. That tradition continues today. But now, it doesn’t have to end when you leave the store. Through Facebook, we’re able to talk to you, find out what’s on your mind and let you know what we’re up to. It’s just another way we’re working to give the millions of families who shop at Walmart more of what they love—ways to save money and live better.

The staff here are friendly and helpful. The Ukiah Walmart store seems like it's shelves aren't as stocked as other Walmart stores located out of town. If the shelves were stocked, I'd rate them a 5.
Bought a scooter $350. Brought it home only to find it had no friggin charger in the box. 45 minute trip back to store.
This Walmart has most things. I had to return something. Thursday at 1 pm. There were 7 people ahead of me when I got in line. And there were still 7 people in mine when I left! The clerk was helpful and quick.
Tania Wells, has been working for Walmart 30 years for the company. Her loyalty, dedication, and hard work speaks highly of her character. She is kind and helpful to customers. She's an asset to this company. She is bilingual and has a loving heart .
I tried to place an order on their app for pick up, it let me know that one of the items I ordered was out of stock, however I ordered 3 of the same exact item and it wasn’t giving me the information on if all three were out of stock or if just one out of three were out of stock, I tried to call the store because there was no other way to contact on the app. I called 5 times trying to get a hold of anyone in the store from any department because no one would answer. The only place that answered was the pharmacy, to which I was greeted by a male employee who was very short with me, rude, and refused to help me by letting any other store associate know I was on the line trying to talk to someone, he told me he absolutely could not do anything that wasn’t pharmacy related. I don’t understand not being able to simply let another employee know that there’s a customer needing assistance. He told me I needed to keep doing what I was doing which was waiting on the line until it inevitably hungup because no one would answer. He was unprofessional, had little patience with customer issues, and was some of the worst customer service I have experienced. Walmart needs to do better at teaching their employees customer service and just answering any phone around the store
Small store but usually has what you need if not what you want. They have a hard time keeping the shelves stocked. The pharmacy staff are awesome! Most if the store staff are great also.
So me and my friends were waiting for help and we decided what we were going to get by the time help came and this so called “manager” Lonnie arrived and told us we were yanking on glass the things the whole time we were in the spot. And he was hella disrespectful and lowkey a bih
Tom, the “greeter” looked at me out of all 10 people walking into the store and told me this is the exit and the entrance is that way. There is construction in the front and tweakers sitting right outside the entrance door so everyone was walking through that way. Including my husband just a few minutes prior to me walking in. I have a strong feeling he picked me out to be rude to because I was the woman and had a baby so I was an easy target. I was dumbfounded and didn’t know what to say so he continued with “oh so you don’t care got it”. I walked out extremely embarrassed and will not be back.
The final straw for this walmart was my last visit. I had just got off a 96 hour shift and stopped at this walmart because it was the half way point Mileage wise home. Immediately as I entered I was being harassed by transients under the influence of methamphetamine. What makes me boil inside is that I notified the manager and her staff and the only thing she said was 'hey, it's walmart," and walked away. I can't believe they treat paying customers that way. On my way out I had to use the restroom and when I walked in there were two people in the same stall with a freshly stolen torch on and burning away. So sad that the management totally disregarded what I reported.
I think this is where they dredge up the next round of candidates for the "Greater Ukiah Amateur Creative Driving Project & Karen defense league and while there are still quite a few walmartians here, constant I breeding is causing their numbers to dwindle switly.
