I recently visited the Walmart in Union City and overall, I had a good shopping experience. The store was clean and well-organized, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I was able to find what I needed at a good price, and the check-out process was quick and efficient. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that some of the shelves were a bit empty, and I had to search for some items. It was also a bit disorganized Otherwise, I would definitely recommend this Walmart to others.
Great selection of items you’ll find here but Absolutely GHETTO! The cops comes here often due to shop lifters and most of the staff can’t understand Basic English LET ALONE speak it and it’ll do everything possible to NOT HELP YOU! Avoid this place if you could!
This Walmart has a very good selection of products. Busy store though, so consider coming outside prime time. Parking will be a lot easier.

I'm still on hold as I type this, I order for my item to get delivered..... big mistake ! I knew I should of went with picking up after I get off work. But I assumed it would arrive today and be able to just come home to my ac on my front porch ! But no!!! My order is delayed for now TOMORROW ... yet order is in the actual store and nothing can be done with changing from delivery from go to get it my self !
This store is organized and staff are very helpful
Worst customer service I've ever received. I took my mom here to cash her check and on their website for western union says 8pm they close. We got here 5 mins after 7pm and they told us it was closed. Instead of honoring what was on the website, they decided to argue with us and many other people trying to cash their checks. Terrible management. Do not come here to cash your check if you get off later.
The cashier in tire department left without saying any word and we found out he is in break for 30 min and we have to wait for him to get tires and installation appointment.
I needed to get a flea collar for my pet and no one could open the case for me. I waited thirty minutes. I asked four different employees and they would just keep annoucing over intercom someone needs help but no one ever came. Along with me was another women waiting to get landuary soap. I heard like five announcements but no help. Only one employee had a key she was over worked and super busy moving from case to case helping customers in cosmetics and make up. This was a horrible experience several employees walked past me but where not able to help. I left without purchasing the flea collar cause you only have one employee to open all the cases in the whole entire store. You have no cashiers. I rung myself up at self check to find out that there are no bags. I have no intentions to visit Union city walmart anytime soon. If you care about your customers get more people with keys to open cabinets.
Every time I go there I spend more time waiting for an employee to get something from the locked cabinets then my whole shopping. I understand it's preventing theft but the wait time is ridiculous. I just left after 25 minutes without some merchandise I needed. It wasn't the first time I waited that long paid for what I had.
