I really appreciated the service that the woman provided to me on today. She was very kind, and provided me with the information that I needed in order to accomplish what I needed to accomplish. I just wanted her to know that her generosity and professionalism was noticed. I had a rough start to my week, and I really needed that. I pray that the Lord continue to bless and keep her and those that she love in Jesus name.
Garland has a great library system. This branch is very conveniently located for me. The staff is always friendly and helpful. It's great that if this location doesn't have what you want you can request it to be transferred to your nearest library location.

The library itself is very small. I only gave it three stars because there are very few places for adults to sit and be productive. Garland has a great online selection of materials but this particular branch isn't laid out to encourage you to stay and make use of the resources.
Staff was very helpful and showed me a new DVD collection called binge boxes. Also renewed my library card which had expired.
One of the few libraries open to the public in the Northeast side on the Metro Plex. The librarian was extremely helpful and polite. I am definitely going back!
Feel very welcome by the staff and my kids love to get books there. This is our favorite place and am glad that there are still library’s around.
2.5 / 5 stars overall This library is small and does not have much going on.It is quiet but at the same time it is not a library i look forward to visiting because of its somewhat gloomy nature.I always use my own wifi when i'm there because the library one doesn't seem to be accessible automatically when in range and it requires me to do some logging in.
Great place. Everyone there is pretty nice even the young kids. I really love the people that work there. There really helpful.
I grew up at this library. Garland is willing to service surrounding cities.
