Very rude inadequate Dental Assistant who judges parents, especially when she's about to have her 1st kid. She needs to be retained. I have been going here for almost 25 years or more. Dr. Masters has taken care of my 5 kids. But here lately he's been letting this dental assistant do whatever she pleases,not cool nor professional. My kids have never been treated this way. There's always a better and polite way to get your point across to someone instead of being rude to everyone or make fun of, not so welcoming. God can only judge. It's hard enough out here for parents who try there best. Hard times are coming and not everyone will be showing up for appointments if it's not necessary. You want to keep your patients who've been coming to you many years. A dedicated mother here.
Normally, I receive professional service from the staff but today didn’t go as expected. When working in customer service, you should talk to people in a manner that represents the establishment. Today, I was treated like I was an inmate. This is the second time that I was handled this way therefore I will not recommend this place. One person ruined it for the entire business. The receptionists in front are always nice.
I visited Walnut Creek Dental for regular cleaning. I’d highly recommend this place and special mention to Hygienist Hetal. She was very gentle with the cleaning process and did not hurt even once unlike most of the places. She also answered all my questions with patience. And like always, this place has the best receptionist , Angela!
Very knowledgeable and honest doctor's. The staff is friendly and helpful. It's always a pleasant experience, not painful, going to Walnut Creek Dental. Most of my friends and family have started going there as well. I recommend you do the same.
This was my first visit with Walnut Creek Dental. I had a bad experience with a different dental practice and I was terrified to see another Dentist. My first visit with Walnut Creek was really good . Everyone there was very nice and took their time with me and made sure I was doing ok. They explained everything I needed done. Their office was very clean . I'm glad I found this Dental office.
The Hygienist had over 16 years experience and took her time doing a thorough cleaning. I was impressed at her work ethic. Dr. Nguyen was super nice and I’m glad to have found a new dentist that isn’t jaded and terse.
My experience at Walnut Creek dental was wonderful. They are caring and kind. Angela at the front desk truly cares for the patients that walk through their doors. Pain free !!
My family and I moved from out of state and I loved my dentist there. They were nice and kind. When I was looking at dentists here, I wanted to avoid the large corporations as many are about getting as much $$ as they can from each person. I ran across this dentist office and I feel just like if not better having my old dentist!

Staff is very friendly and helpful to anyone's needs. And of course we can't leave out Dr Masters kudos to him he has been my dentist for 20 plus years always there to the rescue..
