Services was great.. I was a new patient at this practice. Expense of services was costly for private paying customers without insurance. They were willing to honor the promo fees for services received. MY hope is to return for further services and schedule as I'm able to pay for each procedure. A follow-up appointment has already been set.
I had a great experience at Walnut Hill dental office today. My dental hygienist Talin was very detailed and took her time to ensure she didn’t leave any tartars behind. The front office girls were all extremely helpful and pleasant. Will definitely be back in the future for my dental work. Thank you.
I have to say my experience yesterday at this lovely & most professional dental clinic was hands down THE BEST! Dr Wolf & Beverly were so fast, thorough, knowledgeable and extremely attentive! Before I could blink, my procedure was over and the shot was literally painless! I was completely impressed as I've had a LOT of dentistry over the years & feel so fortunate to have found this office! If you're looking for a clinic & have some reservations about where to go, look no more, this dental office is SUPERB! I also really enjoyed the all female staff, thank you ladies! You literally turned a nerve racking procedure into a walk in the park!
They were all booked up, I had an emergency, and they managed to take me in for a quick check up. Staff, and everyone there are very friendly and knowledgeable. 10/10 for my first visit. Dr. Michael was very friendly and accommodating during my check up. Everyone there are real heroes. Suzan was also very pleasant and helpful to talk to. Highly recommend this place.
Staff is always efficient, but most of all they are kind. Everyone cares about the patient and are continually checking to make sure you are getting okay. Given that going to the dentist is not a fun thing to do, the staff does everything they can to make the experience positive.
At first they seem Very nice people, very kid and baby friendly. Just so they can take your money But after recovering I’m still in a lot of pain they had me come in a not even bothered with X-ray instead just tapped on surrounding teeth. Instead of helping me with the pain that they caused they turned me away an told me to be seem by an oral surgeon. I thought that this place highly but after my last encounter with the lack of respect it was really disappointing…
I am very disappointed with the poor service that you provided. First, the lack of respect of the customers time, I had to wait more than a month to receive a crown. Next, the negligence in your work, I came without pain and and I have been in pain since you worked in my mouth. I have been taking pain medication since my first visit. Next, the high price of your services and false promises of no pain. I urge that you revise the service that you are providing and improve your services , I am a customer that will no longer return because of the unpleasant experience.
I phoned Walnut Hill Dental because they offer same-day urgent dental care also. I explained on a quick questionnaire on my phone, about my tooth pain & intensity, and I needed help, fast. They contacted me right after I submitted, which was a great relief for me. When I got there I received a warm welcome from Holly & Monica, some of the front office staff - their office is really nice, and I felt good about this right away. I was taken in by Carmen for x- rays and she was super kind & professional. Then I met Dr. Wolf, and she explained what my pain issues were & the procedure needed. Dr. Wolf & Carmen, her dental technician, are an amazing team. Dr. Wolf is an exceptional dentist & dental surgeon, and more! They both talked to me during procedure, assuring and calming any nervousness I felt, because I tend to be that way in those situations. Carmen was very aware of my needs, while Dr. Wolf performed the procedures. They are just experts at what they accomplish!
From receptionists to the nurses and Dr. Morris, everyone is friendly, accommodating and transparent. Dr. Morris is quick and an excellent Dentist.
I was helped promptly as soon as I walked in a bit early for my appt. with the Dentist. I was given good information & recommendations. Dr. Morris & the Dental Hygienist Sean were quick, friendly & put me at ease!
