Wow! I was very impressed with how neat and clean everything looked. It has been many years since I had gone through it and was delighted to see how it has improved! It now has a large beautiful pond at the back of the community. I'm looking to move in and my husband and I will be getting a tour soon. I'm very excited!

Very clean park and the location is also great. It's in a small town right outside of Toledo. You are still fairly close to everything but far enough to have some peace and quiet. The price they offer really can't be beat especially with how well taken care of this park is.
This place is huge. I was only there for a couple hours but the park was very clean and noticed it has higher standards for its residents. With the couple residents that I spoke with, they seem to have a great friendly community, people walking dog and decorating their lot for xmas. If I were in the market for a new mobile home park near toledo this would definitely be at the top of my list for something near Toledo and had a somewhat country feel to it.
A family member of mine lived here for over 10 years. When it was time to sell it I had to put over $10,000 in upgrades in before I could sell it. I was under contract for six months and they didn’t even try to sell it. Kept coming back with suggested improvements I needed to make on the inside. Soon as contact was up, I called and asked am I free to sell it? Yes, but that was not the truth because they denied everyone I have sent there. Now, they supposedly have someone that they approve and for which they get a commission for. They play games with the paperwork, they are not truthful and I hope the truth gets out to the community as to what you really have to deal with when you live in this park.
I lived here for 5 years. The owner is an old man and unfortunately he has allowed his daughter to take over operations. She and the others running this place are all bullies and gold diggers. Money money money is all they want. I put my home for sale without using the office lady to sell it. Since they were going to make NO profit from me selling they refused 3 people that wanted to buy. Told them all they didn't pass background checks. Luckily they messed with the wrong fellow whom contacted his lawyer. Within 3 days they allowed him to buy my home after receiving a phone call from his lawyer. If that doesn't tell you what kind of trash they are I don't know what would. P.s. They allow sex offenders but say they are a family friendly park. Way to keep our children safe Walnut Hills! Like I said, money money money.
My elderly mother in law lives in Walnut Hills and loves it there. We appreciate that the owners run a tight ship and make everyone keep up their homes, otherwise the park will end up like the parks in Perrysburg Township. Walnut Hills is clean, well-maintained and safe because of the strict rules.
Run dont walk...Do not consider living here. The staff are disrespectful and they have terrible attitudes. I have never seen a place so hateful as they are. They lie and will steal your money.
Good clean and Safe Park, we have a fifth wheel been coming here for 5 years now, my mother also has her home here. follow the Rules no problem, I like it.
Well I have lived there for about eight years and we love it and it was nice and maintain the staff was very supportive to any and all information you need to get settled in so my wife and I would recommend that you check it out .
