Walt's is great. My friends and i have been making it a weekly thing for the past 2 months. Best prices around, great service, and super great staff. At least 3 alleys closer to me, but Walt's is my choice. Bowled my 2nd best ever there too #
All and all a decent bowling alley but not my crowd of people. I only rated a 4 star because they allow smoking.
Called in because the proshop wasn't answering. The girl that picked it up seemed extremely short because everyone is calling them for the proshop not answering. I was trying to make sure the phones worked or to get any information and she interrupted me two oe three times and prematurely hung the phone up. Poor phone service.
The guy was extremely rude at the front desk. Had people pay twice because he said they never paid when they did. When they have bigger parties or busy they need to give receipts to people once they pay and this wouldn’t happen.
Best alley around! Very clean. Even though you can smoke in there, they keep the fans on high and they have one of the biggest exhaust fans I've ever seen! So you don't come out smelling like an ashtray. Love the decor! Keep it up guys! Friendly service and good prices!
The worker there was such a nice guy and the atmosphere was cool. We had a blast bowling.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would just for the simple fact that the Employee Jeff and the Manager are the most rude people I have ever encountered in any business. Refused to let me talk to the owner when I had an issue because “he’s 91 years old and you won’t upset him” Also got told “Jeff probably assumed you were smart enough to read the signs, or knew he meant $5 a person instead of $5 a game.”
Jeff was the employee that worked with us. He was extremely rude. Didn’t give us shoes, yelled at my boyfriend, when I asked for clarification on pricing he just nodded his head at me and refused to speak to answer my questions. When we were charged $50 more than we were expecting he finally spoke but only to tell us he disagreed with us. I called today to speak with a manager who apparently expected us to climb over the desk and get our own shoes bc she claimed it was our fault we didn’t receive shoes. Also told us her employee must have assumed that we were “smart enough to read signs” even though I went and asked for clarification. She refused to allow us to speak to anyone else, didn’t give us her name and hung up on us. Horrible customer service.
Prices seem fair, now they close earlier at 10 and 11p on Friday and Saturday
Clean, nice lanes & traction, fantastic, friendly & helpful staff. Have a complete blast every time we've went, & we've been bowling there for the past 40+ years. Definitely looking forward to continue going there for years to come.
