Walter Knoll was beyond amazing! We wanted to keep it simple with bud vases on each table, including the head table. Our biggest flower piece was on the alter, which turned out AMAZING. And my bouquet was literally perfect. Walter Knoll allowed me to bring in my own bud vases that I received back after! The team was super easy to work with and very responsive. I could not recommend them enough! <3
Absolutely love Walter Knoll! They have provided arrangements for my family and friends many times, but personally I decided to use them for my grandfathers funeral arrangements and absolutely loved the outcome! Came back this year for my 27th birthday flowers and was able to make a custom bouquet !! My theme was 27 shades of pink! Even days later at home they still look gorgeous! I will be coming here just for all my floral needs! Everyone was so helpful and kind as well! You can tell they enjoy what they do! Highly recommend!
Using Walter Knoll for our florals was an easy choice! My sisters both used Walter Knoll for their weddings and both times they did an amazing job. During our consultation meeting, Sue showed us different options and all of our pieces matched our winter theme perfectly for the big day! I was so happy when I saw the bouquets with the girls’ dresses and the arrangements they created for the ceremony/reception were absolutely beautiful! I can’t recommend them enough!
It's my birthday so I was extremely surprised to receive a phone call from this companies delivery driver. Such a polite gentleman explaining that he was at my door for a flower delivery. I unfortunately wasn't home at the time so he kindly asked if he could leave the flowers and balloon at my front door which was OK. He also was kind enough to tell me Happy Birthday! I have never purchased flowers here but I am now! Beautifully & carefully wrapped which was excellent. To my brother...THANK YOU and this was definitely a pleasant surprise & has definitely made my birthday that much specail.
My mom lives in St. Louis and is celebrating her 93rd birthday. I live in TX and my failure to plan turned into the most amazing floral arrangement and cup of candy being delivered to her within a couple of hours. I’m not sure which she liked better - the flowers or the candy‍. Regardless, I highly recommend WKF and will always order from you in the future.
I spent around $300 including tax and delivery for a special arrangement, the Supreme Fragrant Beauty. Everyone who saw at the party that night was blown away. Roses, lilies and greenery in a huge vase. Several lily buds were included and bloomed throughout the week. At the end of the week, the entire arrangement was not just intact, but even better than when it arrived. Looked great and smelled fantastic! Money well spent.
The wedding and events department was so incredibly easy to work with. You are in good hands design-wise. We used them for a surprise 50th anniversary, gave them the colors and some flowers we liked, and they made stunning arrangements. Highly recommend.
I’m not local, so I sought a local florist in the area for delivery of a floral arrangement for a funeral service. Walter Knoll Florist was top of list on Google search. After placing my ordering and discovering minor error; I received excellent customer service from Brittany in my phone call. She assured me my delivery would be on time, fresh and beautiful. She corrected my condolence message to read properly and added my signature. She was polite and professional and I greatly appreciate the reassurance. It helps to receive such personalized touch. Definitely would recommend.
WKF as went wedding florist was the best decision that I made!! The main focal aspect of my wedding was flowers, actually - that is where a larger portion of our budget went. I wanted dreamy, bright, midsummer nights feel, like you see from the Tuscan weddings pinterest. And if WKF didn’t EXCEED every single expectation!! They definitely outdid the boutique wedding florists, especially when it comes to adaptability and specification of my “vision” and ofc price!. They allowed me to follow-up constantly, make changes to my color scheme, and send so many inspo photos which helped me to feel that what I wanted was being understood. Those who worked on my wedding flowers were extremely lovely to work with. I have to say that, when I used to think of Walter Knoll, I would think of bereavement bouquets and red roses with baby’s breath… but after my wedding, I recommend them to everyone and couldn’t have more positive things to say!
Walter Knoll was amazing to work with. Sue was great, and had wonderful ideas to make our wedding beautiful and stick within our budget! I can't recommend them enough!
