Walter Panek Park is a peaceful place to go to just relax and unwind. Read a book, take your dog for a walk, etc.. Although be aware, criminals go where they are most unsuspected.
Small but nice for a quick walk. There are other facilities but I haven’t used them.
Saw some trash and broken glass. Playground is ok but small. They have a dog park, which is nice.

Great place to go if you have kids and a dog. There is a playground for the kids and a nice big track to walk around. Plus a huge field for the kids and dog to run on. Fantastic for a free outdoor jaunt with the family.
There are people that go into the dog park and there dog tries to attack my puppy so I think you should add muzzles there or should require them for agressive dogs but other than that I love it there so do my dogs
Saw my first cicada of the season here last weekend! There are lots of ATV trails off in the eastern end of the park that are great for exploring with a dog. There's also a sweet little dog park and agility area, but we can't use it because our dog doesn't get on very well with other dogs. But there are poop bags and a trash can available!
Nice place for kids to play and dogs
Very nice walking around with a baseball diamond, and football practice going on in the center. Have a nice kid playground area, would be better if fence in at least by the drive around area. Also has a small and large dog area fence in.
The dog park is amazing, it could be larger but it's still a nice place to let your dog play. They also have a divided into two separate parts one for large dogs and one for small dogs. My dog likes it
