Walter Strauss burned down my parents house while putting on a new roof. The worker was doing some heat work that ignited  the insulation and it smoldered through the whole attic. Then fell into the house burning it down. They lived in that home for 44 years. My parents have been displaced for 6 months already and permits haven't even been approved to start work on building yet. Ken the owner was not covered by his insurance for heat work so my parents insurance has been covering a lot but not all. They lost everything and are out a lot of money out of pocket. They are also getting sued personally from 2 of the neighbors  for damage to their homes. Insurance also only pays for a year of rent. Then my parents will be responsible for the $4100 a month rent. We have not heard from Ken since the incident.

Ken is honest & kind with fair roofing prices. His team does great quality work!
