At Wanda Jean’s Family Restaurant, we’re known for having food so good you’d swear Grandma was in the kitchen. Wanda wanted to give back to the community where she grew up and decided to open a restaurant that specializes in homemade comfort food. We cut our own vegetables and hand patty your burgers -- differences you can taste in the food on your plate.

Our 1s and only time here.Ignored for the first 15 minutes. I asked for a menu and was told she'd be there in a minute. 5 min later another server asked what we wanted to drink and I again asked for a menu and was then told it was buffet only but could order eggs fresh. Ordered and waited to get my eggs for a long amount of time. Husband finished eating before I ever started. $16 too much for buffet with little on it
Americana/family type restaurant with an emphasis on breakfast. Good option when fancier restaurants are busy on the weekends or for a Sunday morning/afternoon brunch. Food was good. Seems like all the staff were middle aged women. They do have a buffet as well. Food was good.
A really good breakfast. Service was great, food came fast, price was good for what I ordered. And it was all hot and delicious, especially the bacon - real, hearty, thick slices. Yep, I was hungry.

The bakery items are wonderful but they are unable to keep up with the brunch items.Food: 5/5
I'm so disappointed. My omelette didn't come with cheese in it. It did come with a slice of processed American cheese slightly melted on top. Come on, this is Wisconsin...since when does an omelette NOT have cheese inside and then to use processes american to top it? Our server was so nice and understanding. Thank goodness you've got that going for you!
Our party had 3 families in it one day for breakfast and they were great accommodating the 6 adults and 5 kids under 7 at their own table. Something I really appreciate is when a place is conscious of the little ones. They gave the hot chocolate to a parent first to try and make sure wasn't too hot etc. Food came out hot and in a timely matter, while also tasting very good.
Good service. Atmosphere was interesting, a little dated and uncomfortable seating, but quiante.... food was horrible... just aweful. Hashbrowns were cold and were dry. Supposed best pancakes around tasted like nothing, maybe cardboard. Just not good food at all.Service: 5/5
Dried out blueberries in their pancakes. Not good. Other than that they were very nice
Back to Wanda Jeans for the 2nd time after our trip to the door county area. Delicious again. Wanted to try something different but couldn't stray away from the ranch hand omelette. That is my favorite one. Once again everything was great service was outstanding again not too crowded was able to get in and get a table immediately. Will always stop in for breakfast whenever we are in the area.
