I was scared when I saw bad reviews but, everything was perfect we stayed at one of the rustic cabins and it was as we expected. Man’s showers were ok but woman’s shower need more attention, new shower curtains. You could easily change those every week by some of the dollar store and get rid of all the mold and check for toilet paper every day please. pool was good, cabin was PERFECT. The only thing that needs an upgrade is the charcoal grill. We could probably try camping in a tent next time. Nearby activities: It’s very close to everything in Wis Dells even Walmart . But still you have the feeling of being in the woods when camping.
Where should I Begin? First of all just an amazing campground! Staff is the most courteous, professional and kind I've ever come across. The facilities are clean as can be. The amenities are perfect for a family. The pool is clean and refreshing, the playground is perfect for the kiddos, the arcade is nice and not overpriced as most are. They have a nice bar for the adults! Very reasonably priced at that. Overall just the best you could ever hope to find in the dells!!!!
My family stayed in one of their Honey Sweet Cabins over the weekend and were very impressed with the cabin. It was a wonderful little cabin for the price. The pool was clean a little cold, but my kids didn't seem to mind. There wasn't much to the mini golf course, but my kids still had fun. If you're looking for a reasonably priced cabin that puts you near the Dells and plenty of state parks, this is a great place to stay.
My husband and I stayed at WannaBee for 3 nights. We had been at the Campground years ago with our kids. Our 2nd night, a noisy, highly intoxicated group was next to us being obnoxious until early morning hours. When we spoke to the owners the next morning about the situation, they took immediate and swift action and kicked out the group. We were very pleased with their response. They can’t control what campers choose to do, but they can, and did, ask them to leave when made aware of the situation. My only wish is that there had been a telephone number posted somewhere that we could have called for assistance in the middle of the night, rather than having to wait until morning. Besides that situation, we had a lovely stay.
We had a great overnight stay here, our cats escaped the camper and are so hard to get back in, the staff was nice about it and we feel bad if they worried anybody. One of them is an escape artist and she's so hard to catch, but everything worked out. Property is lovely and quiet and just the right distance away from all of the hullabaloo! Thank you!
Booked last minute while traveling through~ shout out to Jeff & Abbey for the great welcome & accommodations!! We were able to get a pull through site & Abbey walked through the site with a flashlight to help direct our 70’ RV w/trailer & made sure we were all set before she left us!! Highly recommend staying here!!Service: 5/5
First off the staff in the office were very kind. However the cleanliness of the campground was very bad. The bathrooms weren’t cleaned at all. Hair in the drains, toilet paper everywhere, the portapotties were worse. I understand it’s camping but so is hygiene. The cabins were basic, if we ever tried again we would definitely get a cabin with a toilet and shower to avoid said uncleanliness. There is a small park, it was too small for our 6 year old to play on and very run down. I do understand that we were offered to upgrade for a price, had we had the extra money we would have, however we opted not to and as I said definitely recommend upgrading if possible.
Highly recommend visiting this business prior to making a reservation deposit. Stopped in unannounced evening prior to check in and found the smell of cannabis overwhelming, over run trash cans and an individual who identified himself as Jeff the manager who was quite rude. Decided on a pre inspection due to disparaging remarks from locals. My request for a refund was unanswered.
The location is good for being close to all the happenings in the Dells and the price is much lower than a lot of the other area campgrounds. We didn't stay here for the experience of camping but rather as a place to park our vacation home on wheels so we could sleep in our own bed after being out and about all day being tourists. Nearby activities: 5 to 10 minute drive to the popular areas of the Dells and they provided a coupon book for a lot of the attractions which we used!
We stayed in a cabin over the weekend. Great friendly staff . Campground was clean restrooms and shower house nice and clean. The swimming pool looked amazing. Can't wait to stay again.Rooms: 5/5
