Great environment, music not crazy loud, and an absolutely precious pufferfish in the tank giving the staff a run for their money at "customer satisfaction". Tattoos came out beautifully, good communication, even better skill. We'll definitely be back.

I had an appointment with Shaun to get started on my half sleeve. He was super easy to communicate with prior to the appointment. He drew something completely original up and was able to change details the day of to make it exactly what I wanted! The inside looks nice and clean and I'm sure this place isn't bad. Maybe I just got unlucky. However my two experiences were. The first time going, the lady piercer who is raved in reviews, put no effort to see if I could actually get my industrial done. She used her finger to press against my ear. That's literally it. I have several piercings, Its not like it's my first ever piercing. And insisted if I got it done it would most likely become infected and she wouldn't risk it. Here I am 2 months in after going else where, no issues, perfect anatomy and good clearance from flat. 2nd time I came here; for my friend's birthday we were gonna get matching tattoos. Tried calling 3 times no answer, so made the drive out here. The number I texted for the shop locations, said no guarantee for an artist to be available for a walk in, but can always try our luck. So we did. We came in, sat in the lobby for 30 minutes for no one to even speak to us, look at us, greet us, not a single word from any employee. We went to the location in streetsboro which is far better. And will not be returning to this location.
