If you like DIY projects this is the place to go. Jenny is very helpful and will lead you through the whole project with no pressure to finish in a certain time. We had a great time making a sign for our new house and will be back to make many more projects.
AR Workshop has quickly become our family’s favorite place to go! My kids LOVE, LOVE, LOVE to attend camps here. I recently brought my middle school students for a get together and they are still talking about it. Go unplug and spend a few hours being creative! Ginny will make you feel right at home
While my wife and I were waiting to be induced we came by to see what was in store and ended up spending an hour or so making a beautiful name board for our son. Owner was so kind, welcoming, skilled and patient as I'm artistically challenged. Highly recommend for a unique and fun experience.
We are "out of towners". Our host, Jinny, was very welcoming & we had fun learning about candle making. We can't wait to pick our candles up tomorrow!
I’ve done a few crafts there now and it was way more fun than I realized. Jessica and are staff are fun and courteous and help you bring your vision to life. Her charcuterie class is amazing and her brewery class was a blast. I can’t wait to see what other events her team comes up with.
I can’t say enough great things about this establishment. I attended a workshop and was very impressed with the entire set up. I got to choose from hundreds of different options for my project and not only came home with a personalized framed board that I learned how to make, I also learned how to make soy candles from a local candle maker! The workshop was extremely well organized and the atmosphere is inviting. The owner was consciences of safety and took the time to greet and get to know each guest at the workshop. There is also a boutique with different items to shop from which includes great items for birthdays, special occasions and holidays!
I can’t begin to tell you how much I love this place!! We started coming here right when they opened and I’ve already been back 5 more times! I first made some of their standard designs which I loved, but I have been wanting a custom piece with my favorite poem on it. I sent my ideas to Jess and she created me the perfect piece. It turned out to be a 4 layer stencil with everything I wanted! And believe me, I am less than an artist. Drop by and say hi or check out their webpage. You will not be disappointed !!
I cannot recommend this place more, it is so amazing! They offer an almost overwhelming wide variety of DIY crafts from cake decorating, candle making, and charcuterie boards, to making wooden signs, dog beds, chunky knit blankets a personal favorite and so many more! The staff is so incredibly nice, personable, and patient. They remember everyone who has come in. The classes are easy to follow, fun, creative, and come with a "DIY Take Home" option. They've only been open a couple of months and I've already been three times , and plan on going even more. Along with their regular classes, they also host birthday parties and other groups. They even have a gift shop area to check out as well, many items are from other local businesses!
My husband and I first attended an open wood protect in the beginning of December for a date night and left with the most amazing customized Christmas gifts for family members—we loved it so much, we gifted a class to his team at work and created even more gifts for friends and this time for ourselves, too! I have gotten so many compliments on the items that we have given, this will definitely be our go-to for gifts whether it be for weddings, birthdays, new homes.... I’m addicted! If you are looking for something to do with all ages, backgrounds, interests, or styles, check out AR Workshop! You will NOT be disappointed! Thank you for giving us something to do together that will be a part of our home and the homes of our loved ones for years and years to come!
