The Millbury Street Head Start is a historic building providing Head Start programs within the Worcester Public Schools. Located on Millbury Street in Worcester, Massachusetts, the building was originally used as the Millbury Street Schoolhouse #4 and later known as the Ward Street School. The 2-1/2 story brick Romanesque building was designed by J. W. Patston and built in 1898-99. The building is covered by a hipped roof with wide side dormers, and a central projecting gable-ended section with a pair of arched entries. It is the last of four similar schools to be built at the time in the city, and is the least altered of those that survive. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.
