Contacted the store directly after receiving an online delivery order. I was a few bites in when I realized that the chicken salad I ordered, had no chicken salad. After explaining my situation to a manager named Andre’, he basically called me a liar by telling me he made my salad personally. Please, avoid online ordering at this location. Go to the Lansdowne Ave location for accurate orders and better customer service!!
I’ve ordered from this store via Uber Eats several times, and now I’m completely frustrated with this store location!!! Apparently they don’t pay attention to details!!! My most recent order was supposed to include a large blueberry pomegranate mango smoothie, a large mint cookies & cream milkshake, 1 quart orange juice, 1 Canada Dry ginger ale, and a cheddar bacon ranch quesadilla. The quesadilla was sloppily made, I didn’t get the smoothie or milkshake, and they sent the wrong drinks. PAY ATTENTION TO THE DETAILS!!!!
Depending on the mood and who's working this location the experience can be super pleasant or super awful. With one look behind the counter I know if I'm eating a hogie or not. The few people that care for this location I believe are stretched thin.
23 min for a egg white burrito!!
I honestly do not know why I continue to order from here considering my food is hardly ever right. Wawa has great food if you can get what you ordered but the chances of that happening at this location are challenging at best.
Very busy store, many employees working to get job done in a timely manner. Very polite employees they go out of there way to help there customers.
Third and final time ordering from here. On first and third occasions missing items. The meat is uncooked in the sandwich and the fries are cold. That's it never ordering here again
The staff at this Wawa is HORRIBLE. Cashier Kashmya could be spelled wrong”. And the supervisor short dark skin female were both extremely nasty. I approached both staff members and politely asked for a hash brown. In the morning. Before work. Both had their faces turned up as though I asked for a million dollars. As a Wawa customer since high school over 15 years, I’m disappointed. I’ll be sure to stop at a different location moving forward
the white woman that I saw working on Wednesday 3/22/2023 is an uneducated and racist woman and the food she prepares is a disaster as she makes it with her feet the rest of the people of a different color are friendly and talk to you with regard
Sarge is a great cashier! He said hello asked me how my day was going. Asked me if I needed a bag and than he double bagged it for me and he made a really nice comment to me, he made my day going great with a smile!
