Absolute stellar staff, super friendly people, I only waited 5 minutes and was called to the exam room. Misty the P.A. was so nice, and the Dr. And Nurse sorry, forgot their names were so helpful and polite. They even helped me with my RX's so I didn't have to go to the pharmacy! I am blown away, never experienced such professionalism and genuine care from health care providers. Excellent Job , Warren County Health Care Department!!! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!

The most organized group I have ever seen. The covid vaccine took all of 15 minutes. It was detailed, organized and knowledgeable. I would recommend these folks to be the leaders in any urgent situation. I give them thumbs up!!! Great job! The staff was so pleasant.

I’m very pleased with them and thankful for their help!! I’m from a different county Dekalb and for three weeks I have been rescheduled for my WIC appointment. They said they tried calling me appointments are over the phone never once received a phone call or voice mail. Once I call them back they said there is nothing they can do but reschedule and now I’m having to wait until January when I been trying since the beginning of December. They were suppose to issue and my card at my first initial phone call and never once did. I call Warren county HD and they were able to get me an appointment that day and even issued my card the same day.

First appointment was told we needed more paperwork then we were instructed to have, had to created another appointment for next week. Second appointment for 12pm. Showed up 11:55am. Waited til 12:35 asked if we will be seen soon, they said yes. 12:50 said we’ve been waiting an hour we have to reschedule. No apologies for waiting or explanation. Incredible how some people have no customer service skills or work ethic working in a place like the county health department.

Had to come here for shot records for kid's school. Each time we've had to deal with them the staff was friendly and helpful. Even speaking over the phone was a pleasant experience. Beyond this I cannot say what the rest of the staff is like or how it is.

Don't get in the middle lane if you getting tested for covid.... They skip over me with four cars that was behind me. They won't fill out the paperwork my job requires after I tested positive for covid. The possible hardship that might be put on me over a 8 question form is just unbelievable.

Appreciate getting both vaccines at the Health Dept. Didn't have to wait in line to get the 2nd one. Thanks to the staff for bundling up and giving us vaccines in the cold weather!

My only issue is that they close at 4pm, wish they were open until 530.... Everyone was very friendly and professional. But I'm needing a covid test done and they're closed.

I would like to thank the health dept. For helping me they found a health problem, and helped me get tenncare . there an awsome place to go to if you have low income they will go above and beyond to help you.....
