When I needed parts for sliding screen patio door they where able to find and get what I needed to repair it.
I never write reviews but after my visit to Warrenville Hardware, I was compelled to urge our neighbors to stop shopping big box hardware stores when the selection and service at this shop is truly top notch. I went to select paint colors for my new home. I ended up spending a bit of time chatting with Patty, their in house decorator, who is just a gem! She's very experienced, a joy to work with, and a true expert in her craft. They're so lucky to have her! I was also assisted my a few more women in the shop who were also fantastic. Three cheers for female sales associates at the hardware store! :
Everyone who works at Warrenville Hardware are very friendly & helpful. They always have what I'm looking for & more.
I first went to the store just to get some samples and advice on my home paint projects. And I absolutely loved their customer service. Erika and Bill are always ready to help and give their suggestions based on your needs. Now I am a regular with them. Overall great staff and excellent customer service.
Warrenville Hardware is a wonderful little store very close to my home. Despite being a smaller store, they have the items I've needed any time I've stopped in. I have an older ride-on lawn mower and they have the belts I need for it in stock. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The prices are very reasonable. Although Home Depot is also close by, Warrenville Hardware has the items in stock that the bigger chain stores do not. Those "hard to find " items. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone.

There's a lot of different tools, paint etc good prices
Great friendly local hardware store. Needed some plumbing supplies for faucet repair project, and they had exactly what I needed.
They have an amazing assortment of springs. I was able to find what I needed
Lots of knowledgable people work here, without a doubt. The problem is that so many staff members are flat out rude! Simple questions are met with total attitude and people are bothered by you approaching them! The guy at the paint section straight up ignores questions he does not feel like answering and then literally *shoos* you away to take the next guest. We were asking to make sure that he mixed the paint, and when we got back to open the paint, it was clearly unmixed photo in review. On top of that, they drag their feet so visits that should be no more than 5 minutes take 15+. Additionally, prices are extremely inflated here. I have gone out of my way for the past 15 years to avoid this place except out of extreme necessity due to this and every time we absolutely need to go, we are met with the same unpleasant experience.
