In our kickboxing classes we make use of professional heavy bags & gloves for power combinations of hits, kicks & strength moves. Designed using high intensity interval training & set up to meet a variety of fitness levels our Circuit & TRX classes use Kettlebells, TRX bands, battle ropes, boxes, dumbbells and more! All our classes are designed to push you to your max, you are in charge of your workout making it challenging but rewarding.
