Great park went there with a friend to the pigeons show. I love the hall it’s self is big Everything is clean and all the staff members where very friendly and helpful. If you are looking to do an event in any time of the seasons, this is a great place for all type of events.
Awesome faire! Lots of interesting items and memorable cast. Everyone really nice and costumes were great. Just the heat sucked so i didnt do a few strenuous things
We went for the Renaissance Faire for the 1st time and it was so much fun! Lots of acts and vendors. Only 2 food trucks. So if bring your own food if allergies, etc.
Honestly, I am here for the renaissance faire in early summer. The park itself is very nice, conveniently located for the event and close to several stores to get faire supplies.
Great park! I love the drive in movie thing they ate doing now. It is very well organized and a ton of fun!
Went for the midsummer renaissance faire and was very upset to be questioned over and over about my service dog. I offered to show paper work and they said no but kept asking what services she served and why I needed her or I can't bring her in Very illegal and ridiculous I already spoke with them and they said it was fine prior just to get inside and see non service animals which I don't want to get anyone in trouble but who cares we are outside in a park with grass there was berries all over and it stained me my legs and my.dog so we had to leave and bathe both of us and wasted so much driving 5 hours here and almost was told we can't come in unless I explained my health issues completely inappropriate wish I had the man's name would love to speak to a lawyer about it
What did we go here for... OH! ANSONIA! Its the midsummer ansonia renesaince fair! . It was really nice, lots of unique vendor crafts, we got some rings, a parasol, and... There werre really cool ad-lib stories! Music, awesome cosplays/fits that the people wore, they were employees and visitors who just dress up in the fit, was really awesome. Cheap-ish tickets, $12 on avg for adult/child/teen.
Well maintained park where groups can rent out facilities. No water features just grassy fields with plenty of room for parking space. One of few venues I have been to where real rest rooms are available and you are not forced to use port a potty. Very important during covid-19 days.
Nice hall for receptions and functions. My friend had a wedding celebration here and it was more than enough space to accommodate any style of event
Pretty not too bad venue.
