Warwick Mall-West

Things are picking up here a bit with more stores. It was pretty empty last time I visited both with stores that had left and people still staying at home. This was much better today. After shopping s bit I grabbed a coffee and sat. When I used to sit and watch TV I'd actually face the TV. Now I was looking at a restaurant. This isn't very inviting the way the tables are placed and see pictures below too show what I mean. Turn the tables to face the huge TV so people can watch it. Make sense? Glad to see the famous Rhode Island Store is still there. Great gift store!!

Mall itself was fine. Decorated beautifully. Went to pick up orders from Macy's, which was beautifully decorated, as you expect of Macy's. However, they didn't give me all of my orders, so I now have to make another trip there to retrieve the rest of my purchases. 3 employees, one just stood there, another checked my order#'s/ID & the other went to get my purchases/online orders. Well, I guess he was too distracted by his phone conversation to pay attention to fact I told him how many orders I had there to pick up and the paperwork he took with him telling him order #'s, name, ect because he left an entire order behind. Of course I didn't notice until I arrived home and emptied all the bags I was given. Now I have to spend another 2 hours, another $20 in gas, put my toddler through another trip there,ect ect to go back and retrieve my left out order. Honestly, the least they could've done was at least offer to mail it to me. But no, they did even less than that. Just asked when I'll get there to pick up the rest of my stuff. So between the absolutely horrible customer service you now get dealing with Macy's due to having to call South America for customer service, an ordering issue I won't even get into at the moment, and now this,I'm NOT happy with Macy's at all....to say the least. Type of service I've come to expect our of less regarded stores, but not Macy's. Unbelievable and unacceptable Macy's.

It's always nice to go and look around if you haven't been there in a while. It's not the best I've been to, but it is pretty well rounded when it comes to food and shopping for most ages and sizes.

The best mall I’ve been to in a long time, Warwick Mall blows Providence Place out of the water. While they may not have a Dave and Busters or IMAX, everything else is superior. The cleanliness of the mall is amazing, the food court has plenty of options and the topiary decorations are awesome, and the selection of stores leaves nothing to be desired. Additionally, prices are very competitive at most outlets. The Target is just the cherry on top. If you’re looking to go shopping, give this place a shot. It may become your new go-to.

Darrell, the store manager, is nothing short of outstanding. I needed critical assistance and, while his hands were tied in some respects, he went way out of his way to ensure I had everything I needed in other ways. His professional acumen, commitment to helping someone in great need, and capacity for ethics and integrity have renewed my faith in AT&T. He should be everyone’s go to person for things that need attention. His integrity and graciousness are admirable.

This is an easy pleasant “ranch style “ mall that just works. The food court is a pleasant place to eat, the stores aren’t super high end but it’s well-anchored. There’s a multiplex Cinema directly adjacent as well as several restaurants on-site and adjacent

I go here maybe once a week or once every two weeks. My favorite stores are American Eagle, Aerie, and Tilly’s. Staff is usually very nice. The mall is always being cleaned, bathrooms are 99% spotless. I love this mall.

Very clean and near mall. It has a-lot to offer such as nordstorm rack, jc penny, and macy’s. Also the food court is nice where you can find a quick bite. Kinda like a break from shopping then again back to shopping. Also the food court has a carousel for kids to enjoy. So if you have kids, thats a nice spot.

Nice stores! Lovely shopping and conveniently located. Christmas at the mall, first there was pictures with Santa, now there are pictures with the Grinch!

My son and I had a great time at the Dr. Seuss Read Across America attraction today. He listened to very important people read great books to everyone. Then he was able to pick out a bunch of books for free! It was so much fun he enjoyed himself! It was a nice way to spend the afternoon. Thank you to everyone who made today possible. My son and I had a fantastic time!
