Thank you for taking the time to visit our site. Wash & Go Laundry was founded in June 2013 on a premise of doing away with unproductive, outdated experience of doing laundry at Laundromats. Our Laundromats are about enhancing an out-of-date, humdrum chore, by renovating and transforming Laundromats for the modern age.

With 4 locations in San Diego having undergone a top to bottom makeovers, and our soon to be open 5th location in National City launching in February 2017 . On-site laundry specialists are present 12 of 16 operating hours, locals will enjoy a seamless experience with customer service support. Our goal is to offer laundry services to local communities at fair and reasonable prices with high-quality friendly service.

I came to this place to do laundry because my unit at home was broken. I'd have to say this is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. First after loading money into the machine it would not start, so I asked the clerk if she can take a look at it. She responded by saying she couldn't because she just clocked out for break. I then said it will only take a second. After a back and forth, I've been said to her, you expect a customer to wait 15 minutes for you to get back from break when it will only take a couple of seconds now. Customers are the reason why this store is open. Only then did she relent to come take a look at it. After figuring out that the machine wouldn't work she said the system is messed up it happens all the time and that she will have to reset the units. After resetting the unit, I asked her what will happen to the money that I already paid. She stated that I can come back and use it as a credit for another time. I told her I'm not coming back to this place. At first she said there was nothing that she can do and I said well that has to be something because you guys have my money and it should be a credit. She then said that I can use the credit toward the dryers. After trying to use two other machines neither would accept my card credit or debit. I then asked her if there is a prepaid card that they have. She said that I'll have to pay for one and register it. I said okay well I have $5 credit that you owe me use that for it. And to my surprise I was told that I couldn't use the credit, that I will have to pay for a card even though I have $5 worth of credit. When someone tell me how any of this makes sense. 5 years ago I used to come to this place and it was ran very well. My how the tides have changed. Their machines are broken on purpose so that customers can purchase one of their prepaid cards. I never come to this place again and I hope anyone else never uses it as well.
It is a comfortable place to come and wash your clothes. Very good service. Especially the manager of that place is very friendly. You have considerable patience for customer service. He is a person who is dedicated to his job and keeps the place impressively clean a place where going is appreciated To come and wash your clothes in a place that is kept clean. I understand that she is a new worker in this place, so she gives a great service her name is Yesenia I understand that she is in charge of the building, so if you have any questions related to the Wash & Go landry place, contact her since she is a person who has a lot of patience to dialogue with customer service I recommend her.
No masks are required in this laundromat. I am glad that this laundromat is available to many but there are no social distancing guidelines and the lack of masks makes community spread more viable. I hope with time there can be updated steps towards a safer experience for everyone washing and drying. I know it’s not so much the staffs fault as it can be the guests not complying but there can be suggestions made. Other than the lack of safety protocols I think the environment is good and the washers and dryers are functional.
i really really really like this place. the guys that work here are very helpful. If one of the guys that work here is near the door and notice a person getting the staff out of the car they jump into helping out. The owner is very friendly also. the washer and dryers work great and free soap? really? this is the place to go. i give it 5 stars because i simply love doing laundry here, is affordable, clean, very helpful staff, free soap, and is near my house.
I went to this location on 08/22/2021 and I used a washing machine that was malfunctioning. The machine stalled at 11 mins and was just sitting. I asked the attendant for assistance and she restarted it. It stalled again at 5 mins to which the attendant said it is because i used too much soap and I needed fabric softener. I told her never in the numerous times i have used the machines and used excessive soap has it ever stopped the machine from running. I explained that there is no signage the indicates excessive soap will stop the machine and no signage that indicated fabric softener is mandatory. She said that she is responsible for the machines and not the clothes inside, which was unrelated to anything. I asked her if she can at least comp another wash since this happened twice, to which she said no because it was my fault for using to much soap and walked away. I ran it again to remove the excess soap from my clothes cause maybe she was right. It happened again at 11 mins. this time she said that she wont run it unless theres fabric softener I asked her if she can add some as a solution but she told me to buy it. She said no matter how many times she restarts with it wont go down to zero and it wont open it and she walked away! i asked her how am i going to get my clothes but she ignored me. I had to yell at this person because she was being negligent. I even asked her how was able to start restart the washer at all if it was going to malfunction the way she said to which she had no answer. She told me to get my clothes and get out, but it was locked in the broken machine! she restarted it at 11 mins and she decided to add fabric softener. It stalled again at 5 mins without a final spin. I asked her again if she can reimburse me for this massive inconvenience to which she said "my company doesnt reimburse anyone" The machined started again on its own but it never completed a spin cycle so my clothes came out dripping wet. She refused to help me further and refused to provide me her name and corporates phone number.
The best place to wash in all of SD hands down! Cleanest, friendliest, faster, newer machines give you a better, quicker wash and you can be in and out in a flash! Look them up I'm sure there's one near your home!
The lady that worked there Sunday 09/15 at 9am was very rude. We told her we wanted drop service. Right off the bat that her demeanor was annoyed about that. She said that it wouldn’t be ready until 5pm the next day. Then she said that if we wanted it done that day, that it would cost $1.25 but that “I’m NOT going to fold that” & that it needed to be cash. Honestly, for a business that just opened, you’d think that you’d be happy that your getting business but clearly not this place. Just heads up to anyone who is looking for a good fluff n fold. This is NOT the place.
Mmmmhhh. Where do I start. Ok so some machines are broken. And they really don't care about fixing them. And some machines just take your quarter and nobody's there to give you your quarter back. At least early in the morning no one is there. They have a nice big huge ceiling fan but guess what it's not turned on early in the morning and it's been really hot lately. No a/c and the floor is dirty. Nobody sweeping. It's hard for me to write negative reviews but what makes it easy is when it's the truth. One more thing. The water they use to wash smells like sewer water. No body cares.
Very, very nice place! Good free wifi! Free soap for washing! Clean bathroom for costumers! Very clean! They take cash and have a card you can download money on, which they will you you a few more dollars on it, depending on how much you put on it. Someone is there to help you if needed! I think they have 5 different locations. Washing clothes is a chore we have to do but doing it at Wash N Go, makes it a lot easier!!
The place was clean and the attendant . I accidentally left my cell phone there and didn't realize it until a half-hour later. The attendant put my phone in the back office and returned it when I asked her if anyone found a phone? I'd recommend Wash n Go laundry to anyone. They also have free soap,big screen t.v.'s and free Wi-Fi.
