I used to have a monthly pass.. I made sure my plan did NOT include any wheel cleaning/tire shine as I did not like having the tire shine flung all over the side of my car afterwards. Yet, repeatedly the machine would randomly apply the tire shine to my car at the end. I would go inside, ask them to make sure my plan did Not include it at least twice. Eventually the machine that cleans your wheels ended up pulling my bumper half way off. I informed the staff, the guy took a picture and told me someone would reach out. Nobody ever contacted me or attempted to make anything right. I cancelled my monthly plan at this point.
Good car wash, been using it for the past 2 years premium member I come here every day after work to wash and clean my car around 7:15am however the past month everyday when I come to the villa park location its closed for maintenance. So I decided to come after 8am and it's still closed for maintenance. I understand that you dont want to lose business but I highly recommend updating your hours to 9am start. The wash U carwash in Carol Stream in North Ave Never has these issues. I will go there from now on. Thank you for response
Awesome experience!!! Best carwash in the neighborhood.. Kyle is awesome, great guy and great sales person.... I think he should be a manager of this location! I'm bringing my 3er car here... thanks to kile, whom took the time to explain to me the benefits of getting a monthly plan. Thank you to Kyle so much for a great service. Best wishes to the business!
Friendly staff, they try, but the wash itself is garbage. No matter what type of wash you select, you will more than likely need a 2nd wash. I simply opt for the cheapest wash and go on about my business. Nothing beats a good old-fashioned hand wash performed by human beings.

I love this car wash. It is a block from where I work so very convenient for me. They are friendly and their equipment always does a great job. My son pays for monthly washes for both us. You cannot beat the convenience of driving up and be automatically let through.
I use this service for about 6 months it was very good then I moved so I had to cancel it and I stopped in to cancel it but evidently the cancellation didn't go through so my card was charged however I was able to contact the manager and he promptly took care of it
The "other" place said they can't do flatbed trucks. Started a conversation with Wash U Carwash and had a GM look at my truck, make a phone call and BOOM done. Even after the wash the GM looked the truck over and wasn't satisfied and had me go through again! Great service! The "other" place could take a lesson. I highly recommend this place!!
The service It is very good and the cars that very well the only thing they have to improve are the hoses and the vacuum cleaner
