Great car wash, and staff is usually very nice. Sometimes they forget to select tire-shine, even if you've paid for it. Most of the time the vacuums work well, but I've had a few experiences where they have no suction at all.

EARLY BIRD SPECIAL PRICE ALERT!!! I normally opt for the $6 express wash. In my opinion, that's a tad high, especially compared to other similar car washes. That said, anytime before 9am you get the early bird special which takes a $6 wash down to $4, which is a much better deal. Anyway, the staff is nice and always help out at the POS systems to keep the line moving.

I’ve washed my car here for years. Never once have had an issue until recently. I choose not to have my tires glossed on my monthly subscription. It’s notated on account “don’t tire shine”! 50 % the time they turn on automatically when I don’t want it and I complain every time. This time it scratched 3 panels. Carlos is challenging that the company didn’t do it. I even said I only want one replaced and I’ll buff the others. Now I’m going for 3 panels. Look under your doors people. That tire glosser grinds it allll the way across the rocker panels. I’m sure I’m not the only one.

I did indeed reach out to them via email and never received a response before posting a review. I was hoping they'd reach out before this google review to make it right, but they did not unfortunately. there are plenty of car washes around the area, but I wanted to try this one out because it was convenient that day. I was at the gas station and then asked if I wanted a car wash and I know I really needed one because I left my car sitting at home for a week while I was on vacation and had bird s*** all over it. this wash was a $12-13 middle selection in screen and it didn't clean the vehicle well. still streaks of dirt and bird s***. Honestly don't think I've ever had a bad experience at a car wash except for this one which is why this is being posted. Thought it was strange someone didn't pre-rinse it and it just went through quick. won't go back and don't recommend.

The car wash was fine but my complaint is with the lack of response to several phone calls. While I was vacuuming, a small plastic cover was sucked into the vacuum. I informed the workers and they said that it would be retrieved from the filter in the evening and they would call me the next day so that I could come and get it. I was fine with that but they didn't call. I called and left several messages but they didn't return my calls. I never got the plastic cover back. I'm very disappointed in their lack of response.

Great wash. Staff is ON IT. They are there to help and prompt. Vacuums are GEEAT and they keep them clean. Wash actually uses enough water unlike other places. I would recommend!

New to area and looking for a good go to car wash spot, $15 wash didn’t do the work at all, still had plenty soap remains especially around mirror. Guessing this is not the place to go.

I have a new 2022 Cadillac Escalade, went for a $10 car wash and came out with a deep scratch on the passenger mirror and one on my hood, this place looks fairly new to have a messed up carwash, another guy with a Volvo suv had the same things happen.

Simply put, the best membership car wash I've encountered! Very friendly, helpful, respectful associates i like this!. The equipment is new, and the water is filtered and exchanged with practically zero waste while boosting a significant reduction of the total amount drawn from public works. Huzzah!! My Jeep sparkles!! Love this place.
