Gave them a chance for the recent good reviews and new ownership. Place was definitely clean. But the ATM wasn't working so I couldn't use the facilities. Went to another laundromat.
New equipment! I love it. Washers are great and dryers dry fast
I just used the coin machine. I put a $10 and I got $9.25 in quarters and 3 dimes. I put a $5 in the same machine and got $4.75 in quarters and a nickel. I gave it a 2 because it is much cleaner than a year ago. More washers and dryers are not out of order as often.
The washers are way expensive and they're not worth it your clothes don't really get that clean 4A regular size load is $2.75 most places the same washer would only cost you $2 the dryers are decent but almost 20 of them are broke and the ones that are not broke are not maintained properly I don't know who owns the property or who takes care of this laundromat but they should be fired because I believe the only reason why people come here is because of the location if this laundromat was located elsewhere it would probably be bankrupt by now
Good... was not packed or over priced an for most part stuff looked like it was cleaned an taken care of for most part
I gave it one star because I can't give it zero. There's no attendent, the place is filthy, there's no restroom, there's a foul smell, and no way to get my money back. I put a five dollar bill in one of the change machines, no change came out and the light that should be on when the machine is out of change was not on. I couldn't even do my laundry!! There is no contact information what so ever. Not even on their website. Dont come here unless you want to waste your time and money. ZERO OUT OF FIVE STARS.
While machines are old, dirty, and undermaintenanced; it's the only 24 hour laundromat in the Southeastern corner of Columbus. It does it's purpose.
After reading these comments you’d think you’re walking into a disaster. If the customers would pick up after themselves it wouldn’t be near as messy. Don’t just drop something on the floor, leave it there and then blame the owners for it being messy? My grandma used to run a laundromat so I know all the work that goes into, you can mop the floors 10 times a day and it’ll look the same, people coming in and out all day what do you really expect? I just did my laundry here and had no problems and only spent less than $5 to wash and dry a load which is cheap compared to some laundromats I’ve been too. I’ll be coming here for now on.
Hot water is actually real hot, not warm or cold like almost all other laundromats. The lady manager cleans 2 or 3 times every day. It consistently costs me exactly $4.00 to wash and dry one full load.
If I could give zero stars I would. This was my first visit. I just moved to town and do not have laundry facilities in my new home yet. It was an older facility but seemed clean. I used two large and two small washers. One of the small washers would not unlock after the cycle was done. There was a not on the unit to "tap" the handle when the cy le finished. I tapped, pulled, hit the handle and it would not unlock. I called the emergency number listed on the wall. I spoke with a man who said some one would call me. Fifteen minutes later, and no call, so I called again but got a voicemail. Fifteen more minutes, no call, so I called again but again got a voicemail. Finally, after an hour had passed with no assistance, I hit the handle and door with force and then the door opened. Still no response from management. I won't be back.
