Very expensive vacuums are terrible and the power wash lacks pressure also the timer seems a little faster then what its supposed to be save the trip and go over to Ashland carwash it's a dollar cheaper and you won't be disappointed
Stopped here for the automatic car wash - used my credit card to pay - when prompted I drove into the bay - nothing happened. Called the number to report the incident - left a message - got a call back and they sent out a check for the $12 refund and a code to use worth $7 - very happy with the customer service!
Reasonably priced. I mainly use the do it yourself bays. I'm satisfied with it and with the good suction of the vacuum cleaners. I sometimes wish there was some old fashioned hand wash people present to give it the old days extra touch.
I would like them to get the liquid air freshener filled on their vacuum. Its always empty
Water pressure is poor, used $5.25 and SUV was still dirty. Waste of money. Also noticed the timer is very fast and definitely not giving you time you pay for.
Took my money for automatic wash, left a message, never got a call back.
Each bay now accepts one and five dollar bills in addition to quarters. It's also updated to accept cards. My SUV can get a full soaping and rinse for $2.50, the minimum charge per wash. {if I speed wash it }
You always have a 50/50 chance the automatic wash is going to be broken. Also 50/50 chance if the machines are going to eat your quarter's. Unfortunately it's the best car wash around.
Paid $12 car wash was completed without blow dry. Very dissatisfied. I left my car with wet spots everywhere.
Everything worked very well which was nice since a lot of car wash aren't maintained i have found. Was very nice. Will return here.
