Argued with me, got my medication wrong, got diagnosed wrong and the nurse kept talking over me. I am 10x worse now 8 HOURS LATER, contemplating going to the ER, THANKS! THANKS NOLAN RYAN, FANTASTIC HELP even the other people that heard and saw this were talking mad behind your back soon as you walked out.
These people wanted to sign me up for a sleep study program, I told them I would only do it if my insurance was gonna cover it. They said they would check and get back to me. 3 weeks goes by and I get a phone call saying my insurance will cover it let's get you on the schedule. A month later I'm getting a bill for over $200 because it turns out my insurance won't cover it. This is the 3rd thing since February that I have to call them out on my bill And it's starting to look more like a scam to bleed me and my insurance for all that they can. Still haven't figured out what my sleep issues are but they suggested I sign up for a new test…. what a surprise.
