All I wanted was some change. Had to fill out form with more personal info than I Like to share. After waiting for the stuck up teller for about 5 minutes as she typed away on her computer I finally gave up and left still wanting some change to do my laundry. I was not a customer of the bank but really, all I wanted was to turn a 5 dollar bill into quarters. Never do business with people like this.
Their lines are always so long and take forever because the workers have no motivation to do their jobs. They will help multiple people in one lane before ever assisting the other lane, you can be helped by one person who will just walk away and 5 minutes later someone new will ask to assist you. It’s just a s*** show, and takes 30 minutes to an hour everytime, for something as simple as depositing a check ‍
Local Cave Junction branch went out of their way, twice, in helping us with paperwork required for the close of a mortgage loan from another lender. Sue was outstanding in her suggestions and aiding us, along with the new branch manager. Thank you for the help which went above and beyond what they were required or expected to do.
Ashley saved the day! I am always so appreciative when someone goes above and beyond. My experience at the Cave Junction location was no exception. She did not have to help me at all because the lobby was closed but she stepped up and made sure I got the help I needed. Wafd is lucky to have her!
Customer service at the Cave Junction Branch is exceptional. Jeannie, Kay, Sue, Kathy, and all are the best. This morning I needed help with a 401K and Jeannie was instantly on it... faxing, emailing and completing the request before noon. Stacey Coffman in HR was her contact who also consistently provides great assistance, going the extra mile+.
Want way too much personal info to cash a check written by The City of Cave Junction and drawn on them. They don't need to know who I work for or what I do just to cash a check DRAWN ON THEM.
NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!! Branch manager Kelly Panzica took my card, told me "it was destroyed", and then attempted to make online purchases on it within the hour. I managed to get it turned off JUST in time to save myself from this blatant THEFT. When I called to get her name she refused. I'm assuming this has happened before, so if you've used this bank and experienced any type of I.D. theft speak out.
This bank closed my savings and checking accounts without any reason except it was a risk management decision. Wow!! I'm on vacation clear across the country and getting ready to go out of the country for awhile. I can't use my debit card. Is this part of the government starting to take over? What is really behind this?
The bank in Cave Junction has always been filled with helpful and friendly people. I feel grateful they are still in our valley.
Most incompetent branch of all wafed branches. Go to grants pass if you need to do anything but use am atm.
