The first time I stepped thru the doors of this church, I felt at home. It was my first step in visiting around due to a church closing. I had felt so unsettled & had prayed for Gods guidance & to feel i belonged. I couldn’t seem to find a desire to go anywhere else so I continued to pray for God to lead me to my new family. A month later I continued to visit until I felt God tell me this was where He meant for me to be & this was my new church family. There was nothing I didn’t love about my decision to join. I am so grateful to God for His faithfulness & His guidance,not only for me but for my brother, my sister & brother in law & my neighbor of 48 yrs. We all feel so blessed to be a part of this church family & our Pastor Bro Daniel DeLaney & his family. We would love for anyone who doesn’t have a home church to come visit. God will bless you in so many ways.
I've NEVER heard the F-bomb dropped anywhere more than I have at this church when they fired their "preacher". Then I tried another time and the atmosphere and people were anything BUT Christian. My experience with some people from this church is that one family there is the most deceitful, unchristian like, cunning people I've come in contact with in Alabama. I was saved there another time with the new Preacher and as I talked with him about what was bothering my soul... he agreed with me. Some people are just hypocrites and we need to pray for them. Christians are judged by their actions and not by pretty words.
Love this church. Love the people and the pastor. Helped build this church.
