Washington Shoe Store

Overall the shop seems to have a great variety. However, my shopping experience was disappointing due to one specific sales representative. I’m very particular about the style of boots I wear, I like men’s boots due to style, fit, and functionality. Rather annoying when a representative is constantly trying to redirect me to women’s boots. Felt incredibly unwelcome. I know what I like, and I know what I don’t like. Word of advice: don’t try to pressure your potential customers into boots they don’t want. At this point I’d rather go anywhere besides this location.

This is probably the best shoe store customer service wise I've ever been a customer of. The two gentlemen that assisted me one being the owner were greatly knowledgeable, including down to the minutest detail; even about things I thought may be unimportant but turned out otherwise. The feeling is that of doing business in a shop in a Jimmy Stewart movie -- something out of the 1950s. The people try to find what you want and desire and then give you every bit of information you need to help you fulfill that. If they don't have it, they recommend elsewhere. Very family-friendly; very professional. Will definitely shop there again.

That’s it, I am done with this place. The owner of this establishment has got to be one of the rudest retailers I’ve ever had the displeasure of meeting. Just ordered shoes online, after walking out of this business for the very last time.

I am sad this store is closing. They had the best fitting shoes. Pricey, but comfortable fit.
