Washougal Hardware

I grew up locally. I have never had a bad experience with any employees in this store. They are always friendly and ready to help. The store has a large variety of necessary items for daily life.

This store is essential for my DYI projects. Although I prefer Washougal Lumber for bulk nails and other fasteners, I get most of my other hardware here, especially plumbing stuff. The people at the hardware counter are fantastic. The garden supplies are typical offerings with uneven quality for the plants. The people in charge of taking care of those plants are great. Whoever supplies those plants doesn't always deliver the best stuff, so that can be hit or miss. It's still worth a visit out to the garden area. The main thing and the thing they do best is the hardware itself. I far prefer their offerings and customer service over the big box stores. Sometimes they have some garden furniture or solar lights but mainly, it's about the nuts and bolts and pipe fittings and electrical supplies. They have a surprisingly good selection considering the store is a lot smaller than Parkrose. This store is essential to the neighborhood and deserves support.

Was easy to find what I was looking for. Aisles were clearly marked and well organized.

It’s what you would expect out of a small town hardware store. Inside feels like four separate buildings connected as one. I enjoy coming here to support local a local business. Whether you need a sprinkler, wood screws, or a gas can. This place has all of your basic hardware store needs.

They have everything. Very neat and well kept little hardware store bit the beat part is the plant selection in the back! Beautiful plants and amazing selection at very reasonable prices. My kids love picking plants for the house and they always look amazing. And must add very friendly and helpful staff!

Great hardware store, employees are great, I got a lot things for my home repairs here which is great. Home depot is a bit of a drive so this is very convenient

They have a bit of everything at a fair price, and they give you popcorn when you check out. Friendly staff. Been visiting on occasion for 25 years now. Good for whatever small project you have around the house.

They almost always have the random fasteners I need! Individually too. No need to buy a 6 pack when I only need 1 or 2. Many random electrical items as well.

WH is like the old-time hardware store experience--knowledgable, friendly staff, willing to stand around and ponder alternatives to a fix. "Maybe you could try..." And the final touch--popcorn!
