Watauga Community Center

My experience at this place was ABSOLUTELY THE WORST in customer service!!! There was no air on. 2 employees walked into the middle of a Baby Shower and told my guests to gather their things!! It wasn't even 30min before time was up and this older female employee Called the Police!! I couldn't believe they came in like 5min!! Wow Watuga Texas!! I hope that no real serious crimes were happening while they RAIDED A BABY SHOWER! The park seemed nice and facilities about 3 stars, but that woman and young man were so very disrespectful..This damage cannot be undone. But maybe THE employees that are responsible for ruining a meaningful ti.e with our family. I have been unable to reach 2whom it concerns so far.

Wanted to give 5 stars because my son loves this place. BUT WE HATE WHEN ITS TALEN OVER BY RC CARS AND THEIR OPERATORS. They get in the way of the children and are not courteous to people utilizing the facilities as they were meant for. The RC cars need to be banned from the skating area. Please!

This was a nice facility for my son's birthday party. Whitney and other girls were nice, friendly and professional. However, Donna was very rude and unprofessional as to how she reminded us that we needed to be out by 4pm. When she came in about 3 minutes till 4, she started telling my guests how and what they should be taking out and grab a box. What gave her the idea that was her place. We were working hard in the heat loading things. We were aware of what needed to be done. There was not anyone waiting to use the room. There were other activities going on in other areas. We were out by 4:13pm. Again in dealing with her arguing with guests, this delayed us. She made the end of the party such a disappointment, very, very tactless and low brow. There is a tactful way to conduct business, more training needed. If she didn't behave in the manner she did, we would have been out of the facility earlier. She was such an embarrassment.

Several multi use fields, kids park, skate park, rec center, and senior center. Also a walking path that goes around the whole property. Staff is always friendly. Rec center includes weight room, cardio room, basketball gym, ping pong, and multi use rooms. Senior center is always busy with day times activities.

Very nice and clean. Seems very safe. I enjoy it. Wonderful for Watauga citizens to have a place to work on their health

This is such a nice place and they will have live music on Saturday nights because the Dan Echols Jamboree has moved to that facility. 6 to 9 pm! Check it out because these guys are alot of fun. They will have a grand opening for the Jamboree soon .it has opened and you all should check out this . Great music and great people thanks to Timothy and his staff. Really funny MC and Mona who heads up the Jamboree is a top notch singer. If you like music you should check it out!!! I cannot say enough about live music. A couple of bucks donation and you are in for a treat. Music starts at 6:00pm

It's not state of the art however it is well worth the price for residence. It has a basketball court, ping pong table, pool, snack vending machines, elliptical room and weight room. There are showers as well.

i’ve been going 3-5 days a week for 2 years. The gym staff has been very helpful and friendly. The gym is perfect for people working out to stay healthy. i do however wish they had a squat rack and free weight bench press.

My only complaint is the ants. Not much can be done about it but it's a great place to let the kids play. BTW love the skate park!

Hector Garcia Center is terrific..lady's at the front desk, so helpful and positive. Always offered the food they give out. People so friendly
