Horrified to find out today that the almost 400 dollar mattress i bought from here has been leaking fiberglass through the thin cover for 5 years which I had no idea it was made out of and not warmed at all and it’s been making me and my pets/family sick. I can’t believe you are even allowed to sell those things let alone not warn people what they are buying. Do not buy a foam mattress from here or anywhere. Everything I own is ruined.

Great Experience! Asked for info & was directed to the style/firmness we desired. No pressure, just answered our questions. Will definitely recommend! Update: The delivery process was just as easy! Mattress came earlier than expected. They were great & flexible about scheduling a convenient day & time. Respectful of our property. Quick & efficient.

Great prices for great quality. Bob, was the only sales person I encountered during my mattress hunt, to actually be real and upfront from the beginning. Out of the 3-4 stores I went to before here, Bob's honesty, info, and recommendations were awesome and reliable. He even introduced me to the BEST PILLOW EVER! Now every night I sleep on my new pillow and mattress, it feels like a vacation get away! Highly recommend this store and Bob!

I called in need of 3 twin bunky boards during Thanksgiving week, they didn't have stock, but Bob ordered them for me, unfortunately because of trucking delays during Covid, Bob called me the following day to say they would arrive after Thanksgiving, and was kind enough to call other stores to locate them for me to pick up, and asked them to honor his quoted price! This goes above & beyond great customer service, especially since they weren't getting the sale! If I ever have more mattress or frame needs, I won't hesitate to give them my business! Thank you Bob for such personal care & service!

Amazing customer service. I was honestly shocked at how attentive and flexible they were. I moved from Cincinnati and wanted a bed as soon as I arrived. I wanted a really great bed but I just didn't have the ability to go to the store and shop. I called them, explained exactly what I was looking for and they took care of me. They even offered to exchange if it's not what I want. The day after I arrived my bed was delivered. And it's perfect. Best bed I have EVER owned. Most importantly; the wife is happy and comfortable... which means I'm happy and comfortable. Call Bob. Trust him. He'll take care of you!

This store was great! I needed a headboard and bed frame on a rush basis and they had a great selection in stock. We were in and out in no time with a beautiful new headboard and frame. I didn't get the salesman's name but he was super helpful. I would highly recommend this store.

I needed an affordable but comfortable bed for my guest room. I went into the store a week after Memorial Day, and Mike showed me a mattress set that had fully wrapped coils and a pillow top which was still available at the holiday sale price. He was knowledgeable, personable, and even gave me a discount on delivery. I finished the purchase within about 10 minutes flat and left smiling! I really recommend checking out this store as I found I got better service than at other Simi mattress shops.

So pleased with our purchase of our mattress from simi valley mattress warehouse.. the customer service was great!!!.. no pressure!!! great delivery guys!!! and we just love our mattress that is just like sleeping on the floor... just what I wanted... actually I think it is the best mattress we have ever had in our almost 40 years of marriage... When I first walked into the store I told Mike exactly what I was looking for and he immediately sent me over to the corner to see the mattress that would be perfect for us......didn't waste my time.. or pressure me in anyway.I was able to take my time to check out the mattress and he was available to answer any questions I had about the mattress... without pressuring me in any way... it was great.. just the way I like it.. I would highly recommend this place..
