Waterfront Thrift Stores

The item that I ordered was shipped quickly and was packed very well. It was a fragile vintage ashtray to replace one that my grandfather gave me that has a lot of sentimental value. I’m very happy to have it replaced and that I could support the mission at the same time.

Never have I ever felt so unwelcome, I arrived at 5:11 pm understanding they close at 6:00. I work late and try to make it earlier, but at 5:30 the whole staff became rude and pushy and announcing every 5-7 minutes they were closing. Worst part was that an elderly customer who wanted to try on one item at 5:40 was told she could not go into the dressing room and the woman was extremely rude. I’m sorry it would have taken her maybe 5 minutes to try the item on!!! Your staff needs a lesson on customer service if they don’t like their jobs they need to find another. I work very closely with the community and the elderly and they should not be treated this way!!!

Their prices are insanely high for a thrift store that gets their merchandise for free via donation. Per their response. $300 for 50 year old speakers is straight up high ebay prices. Same story with your furniture. You aren't offering a "balance".

Employees are wonderful the new manager now that’s another story he is very very rude. And now because of him the furniture prices are outrageously priced. I use to buy there a lot because I could buy and still make money to resale but now the prices are higher than I can sell it for in a store. It’s crazy they are suppose to be helping the needy and because of the prices the needy gets no help. I only gave 1 star because it wouldn’t let me give nothing. Very sad

I found a washing machine that was in great shape and clean. I felt their prices were fair and reasonable . I see good cause in the money spent and look forward to a working machine.

Everyone is so nice! The store is clean! And EVERYTHING is at a great price. I only wish I had found this store sooner!!!

I found some amazing things today. Books and blue tags were 50% off. I found several amazing history books and several great military books. I also found some great vintage stuff from Japan and France. And the cool Parrot plates are retro from the 1980s....very cool finds. Lots of great holiday stuff too!!

Super friendly staff and used to love this store but man every time you come here the prices get higher and higher. They are also often incorrectly appraised. Pieces are often missing from items, damage isn’t accounted for, etc. It shouldn’t be labeled a thrift shop if the prices aren’t a deal and you shouldn’t price at the top of the market if the items aren’t appraised properly. It’s a shame because I used to come multiple times a week. Now I stop in once a month and always leave empty handed. Also they should change the store hours to 5:30. Because at that time they force start very bluntly ushering everyone out.

A great variety at fair prices. Remember when buying from the store your money funds a lot of the good work waterfront does for the community

Come here quite often to look for stuff that we might see or like. Come here to browse and see what we could find. And every now and then we do see something we like. The place can be crowded and sometimes it doesn't. Friendly staff that are willing to help you however it may be.
