This includes very emotionally trying matters like divorce, timesharing/custody disputes, child support issues, modifications, contempt and enforcement actions, step-parent adoptions, and extended family custody. We are a family-focused firm and understand how difficult these matters are. We strive to take the stress off of our clients so they can focus on what matters...family.
I opened Waterhouse Law Firm, P.A. with a vision to create a different experience for my clients. Instead of a focus on billable hour requirements, I want to honor the commitment I make to my clients to keep my focus on their individual issues and needs. I strive to avoid the unfortunate stereotype of attorneys being unresponsive, uninformed, and ineffective. I have created a firm family and want our clients to know that they are a part of this family, we care, and we advocate for them. This is the Waterhouse Way.
