Waterloo CA Restaurant

First time here and I love it! The atmosphere, food… the combination complimented each other. But let’s get to the food.. amazing!!! Portion sizes and taste does not disappoint!! I can’t tell you what’s a favorite as they were all so delicious! Their BBQ sauce it in point! If you have not been, it should definitely be on your priority list! I can’t wait to go back!

Nice Restaurant, definitely off the mark on a back road..but don't let the location fool you! It's a busy place for locals. Very popular bar too! Ribs and chicken were a great combination meat was delicious and fell off the bone. Great flavor. Had sauce on the side..which seemed happy to see us. Lol. Will definitely try again. Dietary restrictions: Celiac friendly, lots of vegetarian food, meat lovers welcome.

I made the mistake of telling the hostess that I wanted the special with milk in a frosted glass. Then I waited and waited, and a server asked if I placed my order. I said, "I think so." Two others stopped by to ask if I had ordered. I told them both, "I hope so, but I was still waiting." Eventually, a man in an apron brought my lunch.

Food the new York steak charred grill med rare was one of the best I've had.. it was a bit noise but that comes with a family atmosphere. It was quite obvious that people loved being there. Will I go back YES

Good to be in a place that supports my hometown baseball team....Goooo Giants Hubby treated us here for Mother's Day brunch with my sister, niece, nephew, and bro-in-law. We all had various meals and the food was absolutely delicious and filling. Thankfully we arrived before the super rush of hungry mothers...we got in and got out Cheers to a fantastic place to make appetizing memories

Waterloo is a classic restaurant that everyone will enjoy! Though it can be a bit of a drive for some, the food, service and atmosphere are totally worth the trip. We love looking at all of the memorabilia on the walls, having a couple of cocktails at the bar, and sitting down for a nice meal. My favorites are the Steamed Clams and Minestrone Soup. Such wonderful, complex flavors! The child’s plate portion is very generous and fairly priced. We love going to Waterloo and will continue to do so for years to come!

I honestly can’t give this business the same high rating. We stopped there because of the high ratings, but after ordering a BLT that doesn’t come with fries but instead comes with a pesto pasta,and then it took a very long time to get the food, the BLT arrived and the bacon was totally charcoal, then I couldn’t get anyone to help me, so I called a young lady over to show her my BLT, and she apologized about it and said with great humor that it looked like coal and promptly removed the sandwich, it took another 15 minutes to get a new sandwich, which was much better! The place is very crowded and noisy and service is slow to say the least, I don’t think we’ll go back there again!

I really want to like this place but I just can't. We went to dine in on a Sunday around 5pm. I ordered the waterloo specialribs and chicken and it was forgettable. The ribs were dry and seemed old. The chicken was ehhh. The bake potato was great and the sprite was bubbly. For the cost of the food it should be worth going out there.Food: 2/5

The food is delicious, and all the menu covers were drawn by young school kids! So adorable and wonderful!Food: 5/5

We went on a Weds afternoon, it was quiet. I ordered French dip , no onions. Um I got onions. Salad was fresh. My husband ordered ribs, Didn't see them on lunch menu asked waitress for them. Said he liked them.Food: 4/5
