The focus of WRCLS includes the protection of housing, and protection of income. We spend most of our time helping people with the following kinds of problems:
Ontario Disability Support Program
Ontario Works
Landlord and Tenant
Canada Pension Disability
Employment Insurance
Criminal Injuries Compensation
Some Consumer and Debt Issues
We DO NOT do: Family Law, Criminal Law, Immigration, Employment Law, WSIB, Real Estate or Estates. Our staff will assist in making appropriate referrals to other agencies and programs.
We provide access to justice for people living on low incomes in an inclusive and respectful way.
