Two of my favorite floor lamps had the harps holding their shades bent out of shape during a move. Waters fixed them and got the lamps looking new again in no time and very, very reasonably.

Professional, friendly and quick to respond. We had a ground fault in an old room addition. Turned out 25 years ago the DIY home owner that my parents bought the house from neglected to connect the ground to that room in not 1, not 2, but 3 places.
We had used Waters Electric in the past for installing recessed lighting at our house and we were very happy with their service so we called them to get a quote for running a low voltage cable a single network cable where we provided the cable through our attic. We got a quote that was more than what we expected, but given our positive experience with them, we decided to go with them. The installation was easy, the gentlemen who came used existing TV cable outlets to run the cable, and didn't have to cut a hole in the wall. They got a call from the office saying that they were expected at another job so wanted to leave before completing an item that was on the quote, and I had to remind them to complete it. They were done within 1.5 hours, and they told me that they need to leave but someone will come next day to replace the Cat6 plate they used. they didn't have the right plate with a single outlet, so they used a plate with two outlets. Next day someone dropped by to replace the plate, and I asked him what the hourly rate was and how the quote was calculated. He told me the numbers, and the quote was for a 4 hour job where the whole job took hour and a half. When I asked him how he feels about it, he told me that this happens. He couldn't have anticipated that the job would go so smoothly, and most times there are obstacles they need to work through. I understand that explanation, things do not go as planned most of the time, but we ended up paying over 2 times of the actual hourly cost and there should have been an adjustment. Instead, we got a dismissive answer and the full invoice. This has shaken our confidence in them. We are not sure that we will directly hire them anymore, we will definitely shop around.
