First time using ride thru service. Not worth the money. First time I went through, didn’t wipe back window, side mirrors, and bumper leaving water marks evey where and dirt. Then went back for my three day guarantee due to getting mud on tires from hunting. So I used my second wash, this time again didn’t wipe down driver back window and missed one side mirror and tire. The kid gave me the signal that I was good knowing they missed my tire and back windows again. When I got out to inspect, there was a hunk of mud still sitting on bumper. That was the first time I have never tipped anyone for this type of service. I even got the ceramic wash, but it didn’t matter. Will not use that service again. Waste of money. Left there with streaks, mud, and water marks…I can do that on my own and save $40.
I used to like this place to get a quick interior clean, but the last two times I drove 20 minutes there only to be told they only do members interior washes after 8am???? Literally why would I ever go back? The website says nothing about “members only” hours. There are a multitude of exterior only car washes right by my house so I guess I’ll stick with those since that’s all this place really offers now.
Yesterday, I had my car washed and vacuumed. Everyone did such a good job. I think the manager was training new employees. He was excellent! Such attention to detail.Service: Vacuuming
They sent us a great complimentary coupon. Out of the 5 washes we got with the coupon. I was completely satisfied with one of them. Had I paid for the wash, I might have asked for another inside wipe down.
Only washed one of my floor mats and there were still a lot to vaccum. I payed 40 to have my car detailed. Service was super nice though! Little disappointing.
The estimated wait times are NOT accurate. Every time, I'm there about 30-45 minutes longer than they told me I should expect to be. Also, the staff doesn't seem to work at a steady pace....more like "I'll get to it when I get to it" which is not good if you're striving for excellent customer service. The folks working at the start of the carwash RUSH you out of your car like things are going to go quickly.....only to find the folks working at the end of the carwash working with NO sense of urgency. Then, when you get back to your car when they claim to be "done" with The Whole Thing a $44 charge, by the way, it's not as clean as you'd expect, especially after paying almost forty five dollars. And then look at you expecting a tip?! NO. My audio control panel hadn't been wiped nor had my doors, just the top dashboard which didn't really need to be cleaned in comparison to the other two. I'm all around disappointed in how the finished product turned out. And they have the nerve to ask if you have/want a membership. Why would I sign up to pay y'all consistently when you can't get it right with this ONE transaction? Absolutely not. Do better, Waterway.
For a premium car wash the experience here has really dropped. I have a membership on one vehicle but somehow due to their inability to manage the queue I continue to get my car stuck in the drying area and watch cars that I was washed ahead of flow through sometimes up to 10 minutes before my car is finished.
Payed for a full wash exterior and interior cleaning. After seeing my interior “cleaned” I was upset. My cup holders were still very dirty along with the sides of the doors, my dash, my top dash too, and my passenger looks like it wasn’t vacuumed at all. I basically payed $30 w tip just to have my exterior cleaned. Won’t be returning back here.
Got the full service. Usually I go to the one in overland park. And I always get great service. I should have checked before tipping 20 dollars. When I got in my car I wasn't expecting it be be perfect but I still had sand on the seats and the floor in the back wasn't even vacuumed. So i spent all that money just to have to drive to a self service wash to do it myself. Dont tip until you see the car. It was pointless and a waste of money. I literally had to park and wipe all the sand out the car myslef. I said something and they sent so.eone out to fix it and all he did was one seat and left all the sand i was talking about. I have a monthly membership and have learned to pick the less busy times to take my car in. As long as the staff isn't overwhelmed, they do an incredible job, paying attention to detail. Don't forget to tip!
