I am very grateful for this building as a whole. The people In it some I consider family. Great service downstairs. Very kind service with a smize. Smile Everyone really adapted during the pandemic. They won't take empties & that's illegal since we pay a fee there .. especially if making a purchase. I ended up walking to a different liquor store & probably will again since I take my empties when going back to the store. Prices are decent & the workers are usually decent, a couple of the workers who have been there a long time a great but when you are here you feel like they talk to other customers while "serving you"

Always greeted like family here! Extremely kind staff, very knowledgeable on their products, kids and dogs get free treats! Always a full stock of everything you may need!

I was happy with the staff's customer service. Even though I couldn't find what I was looking for, they were great at suggesting something similar. I found it really organized in there as well.

It's got a great selection and a great staff!. They are always friendly and willing to help their customers and you can get a free bag of ice with your purchase if you want one! Now that's great service if you ask me!

worst costomer service. The staff doesn't even know what an identity proof looks like and they are not smart enough to work in a liquor store. complete waste of time and effort. you will also find complete strangers interrupting your costomer experience and answering the questions, that staff should be answering. it felt like, the staff was not even attempting to give costomer service. if there was an option i would give zero stars as my costomer review.

As always I am greeted with friendly salutations and smiles when I step in, even if busy with another customer the staff still makes eye contact and acknowledgement of my arrival. This is why I would highly recommend the waterwheel liquor store because above anything else, the customer service is wonderful with the employees genuinely desiring to help you find what you need. The selection is varied and great all across the board be it wine or spirits or local brews. You guys rock!

Great staff, friendly environment and prices are affordable. Love coming here as usually someone has brought their dog inside and well what beats puppy pets when buying anything.

The staff is very chatty and friendly every time I go there... I appreciate the interaction with them... it makes me want to go to buy beers there... being friendly wins people... keep up the great service... thanks very much
