The history of sponge candy is a long and contentious one, and I'm not about to go into at this point, but there is little question in my mind that Watson's knows how to make it, and sell it, and ship it. And of course, like any good candy/chocolate shop, they have many other fine options. In my limited experience at the shop itself, the proprietors are friendly and helpful. If you live near one, go, but don't complain to me if you become morbidly obese.

Been going to Watson's Choclates in Kenmore since I was little...Now 46...Still as amazing as ever!!!!...Grew up in Kenmore...Watson's is a family tradition for me...Always has...Always will be...For me there is no other place for choclate than Watsons...Hands down....

Nice staff, modest selection of chocolates, and a great location with rear parking available.  The candy is fresh and flavored chocolates have a strong taste - no skimping with the ingredients!  The ceiling vents have not been cleaned in months and corners were dusty, but mostly clean.

This is my neighborhood store. I have been here only on two occasions and the staff were very helpful on both occasions. Especially on my second visit, the person helped me pick a chocolate assortment in a matter of minutes. Support your local business!

Candy heaven. The best sponge candy available. The offer every confection you can think of. From large Valentine hearts to chocolate chicken wings that cone with white chocolate blue cheese. The offer shipping when you purchase items for out of towners. I buy milk, dark and orange sponge candy several times a year to send to my daughter who lives on the west coast.

I complained about the size of the  cherry in their chocolate covered cherries last Christmas.  They said they had a new distributor.  I bought more in October 2021 and the cherries are the size of a pea.!!  I will stick with Antoinette,  their cherries are huge and fresh.

You have not truly tasted the deliciousness of sponge candy until you have tried it from Watson's Chocolates! It is the absolute best!

For the best chocolate on the east coast, look no further than Watson's. Their sponge candies are so amazing I was nearly brought to happy tears.
