Elevator inoperable. Handicap shuttle does not run regularly. I waited for 20 minutes before calling customer service, who mocked me for not knowing which cardinal direction side I was on I would think Citrus Heights to Sacramento would be southwest bound but apparently not, and told me to "send my attendant to talk to the shuttle people on the lower level", then expressed incredulity that I could be traveling alone but need the elevator. After another 10-15 minutes the shuttle came around. It's clearly not a priority for the transit agency to ensure all passengers can use one of the major transit hubs in the area, nor does anybody inform you that the elevator is out when you board elsewhere with your wheelchair and tell them that that's where you're catching your transfer.
The walls going into the light rail station are used as urinals. The light rail was clean
There are 3 flights of stairs if the elevator is broken. Clean and well monitored with security.
I would love to give this station 5⃣'s as it is a major station connecting north and south Sacramento, but with the lack of upkeep in regards to the on the ground, the homeless sleeping wherever they plop their bodies at middle of the walkways, stairs, even the lower road and asking for things, and most of all the lack of RT's presence of actually caring, currently deserves a 3⃣ instead.
The Elevators are still inoperable. Only Half of West side of Watt Station has been Iluminated for Several Weeks Now... North-West Side of Station Remains to Be In The Dark!
It's a light rail stop that I wouldn't like to be there at night. Didn't see any security there. Homeless people hanging around and other scary people
It's good day
The terminal is not clean and you can smell urine while walking in the stairwells and the elevators as well. This area is also prone to panhandlers.
It's not a pleasent place to hang out, but this station can connect you to pretty much everywhere in Sacramento. There's cameras in the ceiling, plenty of light, and lots traffic.
Riding is so bad here 2 buses on going and coming the superviors should go see fresnos 10 min buses and ride all drivers know the route and friendly i told fresnos buses that its all hourly and drivers dont know routes and have bad additudes they charge 7.00 for day pass and that laps at 915pm The owner and staff need to rethink services and lowet fares until they fix the timing and trains no connection u will miss the bus taking train and bus in same the mayors dont have a clue what they have done need to become involved in what happens in thier jurisdictions no rent control this city is poor and bad w services to commuity need to catch up fresnos smaller but is more advanced than Sacramento the capitol They overcharged the people someone needs to do sumthing this city has more problems and city counsel members that dont know what to say sad to say Sacramento seems poor u dont believe me asks the homless here
